Web Application for e-Learning

This bachelor´s thesis is elaborated according to the assignment of Honeywell company, which decided to broaden learning possibilities of foreign languages in their company by e-learning. Employees will have an opportunity to use e-learning system, which will help them to enhance their knowledge beside attending classical lessons. E-learning includes various kinds of exercises and homeworks as well, which are sent to particular lector for checking. E-learning is a web application placed on the Internet and is accessible anywhere, where Internet connection is available. It includes administration interface for lectors and employees, which is only accessible by login and password. The system was created by HTML, PHP, CSS, JavaScript and MySQL technology and certainty nowadays is technology Ajax as well.

Respecting didactic principles in further education courses

The diploma thesis deals with verification of respecting didactic principles by further education lecturers. The theoretical part contains defining concepts connected with educational process of adults including placing further education in the context of lifelong learning. One of the separate chapters introduces personality of the lecturer. There are the necessary competences for this kind of profession, its description based on data from the National Register of Qualifications and National Profession System and its typology. Except for the lecturer, the diploma thesis also deals with the personality of the learner, its motivation to learn and the possibilities of its approach to participating in learning actions. The rest of the theoretical part contains a list of individual androdidactic principles with their explanation, methods and also trends in adult education in the context of ICT. The practical part focuses on qualitative research investigation aimed at identifying and describing the androdidactic principles which are applied by lecturers during further education courses. Inquiry-based science club for children

This Bachelor thesis is dealing with the use of research-oriented teaching during hobbies as part of leisure activities in the field of natural sciences, especially chemistry. Nowadays is noticeable trend to start with research activities and building relation to natural and technical sciences at very young age of students. In the theoretical part the thesis describe principles and forms of research-oriented teaching and their realization, lecturer qualification conditions and work safety during the experiments in the hobby, development of students potential during younger school age, specifics of this students period and characterizes leisure activities in detail and their delineation in relation to formal education. Part of the practical part is a local survey of the accessibility of research-oriented clubs in the Polepy and Libochovice districts. Construct a methodology for creating a digital lecturer platform

This thesis is devoted to mapping and analysing the current situation of digital lecturer platforms in the Czech Republic and the rules for lectures that educate adults. It offers a brief insight into the subject of adult education, mentions the current legislative situation about adult education in the Czech Republic, offers a concise example of embedding adult education in the entire educational system in Norway, deals with the creation and use of information and communication technologies in education and, above all, the personality of the adult educator. The introductory parts of the thesis provide an overview of the things that are related to adult education and somehow influence it, which leads to an awareness of the complexity and overall difficulty of preparing, implementing, and evaluating such an event. The methodology defines the place where the client could choose a lecturer for the education event. The platform offers a place to search for educational courses, evaluate quality, enter a request for and personalised event, or request a development plan. Modern dance instructor as a leisure time teacher

The bachelor thesis is concentrated on the instructor of modern dance who is influencing other people as the leisure educator. The author defines the term modern dance and also characterize particularities of this sports field. The thesis also deals with the dance as type of a leisure activity and it briefly characterizes the leisure education concentrated mainly on the dance and education of leisure activities. The piece of work is focused on the children at the age between six and eleven years. The author also characterizes the evolution of the children and their physical abilities and the readers of the thesis are able to find out something about the educational methods of the leisure educator as well. The last chapter focuses on the personality of the leisure educator. Furthermore, this part defines the aims of his work and the scope of his activity. The bachelor thesis also concentrates on the leisure educator in the field of dancing, mainly the modern one.

Educational management of pedagogical staff

The diploma thesis analyzes the current problems associated with further education of pedagogical staff in the capital city of Prague. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts, characterizes the current system of education, new trends in further education of teachers and provides an overview of further education in some EU countries. The practical part evaluates the results of a research survey, which includes the analysis and comparison of data obtained from structured interviews, questionnaires and annual reports of schools. Problems in further education of pedagogical staff, its quality, method of implementation and factors that affect it are, among other things, assessed with regard to the specific needs of teachers for working with pupils with special educational difficulties. Androdidactic specifics of motor vehicle drivers' education

For many years, the field of drivers' education has been the domain of secondary school teachers. As in other fields, individuals are beginning to appear, who want to go further with their education and development here - for example by studying pedagogy or andragogy at universities, with the aim to achieve higher professionalism, efficiency and empathy in their educational activities. They want to further cultivate their personality and increase the level of their teaching work.The personality of the lecturer is in many respects a role model for the listeners. He can be as good as a bad example. Only in few areas of human life, people face such dangers as road users. It is therefore appropriate to deal with the quality and competence of lecturers providing the interpretation of the provisions of Act No. 361/2000 Coll., On Roads Traffic (the Road Traffic Act) and related regulations, including communication about their own experiences and recommendations, or appropriate interpretation of other road traffic' participants. Factors Affecting Effective Teaching of Adults

This diploma thesis deals with various factors affecting effective teaching of adults from teacher's perspective. The aim of this work is to determinate discrepancy of attitude to this issue based on knowledge from literature and professional teacher's experience. First of all the thesis defines term (effective) teaching of adults and then presents its key aspects. Then it identifies the nature of teaching objectives, (andro)didactic principles and defines main characteristics and competencies of an effective teacher in this context. The thesis also describes impact of learning environment on effective teaching and characterizes (study) stress as well as its impact on effective teaching adults.
