Modul M1: komunální odpady (Definování modelového regionu z hlediska územních, demografických, sociometrických a jiných faktorů, vztahujících se k hospodaření s komunálním odpadem; Soustředění dostupných informací o technických, provozních a ekonomických charakteristikách, jejich analýza a zobecnění, doplňující šetření požadovaných údajů; Zpracování nákladových modelů hospodaření s komunálním odpadem a jejich variant v závislosti na variabilitě ovlivňování faktorů). Modul M2: Obaly a obalové odpady (Vymezení modelových řešení; Nákladové modely hospodaření s odpadem ze spotřebitelských obalů; Duální systém nakládání s odpadem ze spotřebitelských obalů; Zálohový systém; Identifikace datových zdrojů pro modelová řešení). Modul M3 : Vybrané druhy odpadů nebo výrobků dle zákona o odpadech (Přehled a zhodnocení legislativních, administrativních a ekonomických opatření a nástrojů ovlivňujících nakládání s vybranými odpady; Soustředění informací o technických a ekonomických charakteristikách vybraných odpadů; Analýza existujících a navrhovaných legislativních a ekonomických opatření; Zpracování modelů nakládání s vybranými druhy odpadů). Modul M4: Zařízení na odstranění a využití odpadů (Kvantifikace vývojových trendů investic a provozních nákladů zařízení a cen za služby pro nakládání s odpady; Kvantifikace nákladů pro vybrané druhy odpadů nebo výrobků; Příprava podkladů pro vstupy mikromodelu vlivu politiky OH na nakládání s odpady). Modul M5: Tabulkový model. Modul M6: Makroekonomický model národního hospodářství (Problematika modelování odpadového hospodářství- komunální a průmyslový odpad).

Cílem projektu je dle zadávací dokumentace vyhodnotit stávající a navrhnout doplnění ekonomických nástrojů včetně možných zdrojů, využitelných k zabezpečení povinností vyplývajících ze směrnic č. 92/43/EEC a č. 79/409/EEC a na základě výsledků analýzy kvantifikovat náklady a navrhnout systém ekonomických nástrojů k zabezpečení povinností naplnit cíle obou směrnic.

Risk factors of EU funding in the Czech Republic

The diploma thesis deals with cohesion funding in the Czech Republic. The main focus is put on risk factors of cohesion funding in Czech Republic in the programming period of 2007 -- 2013. The main output of this thesis is the analysis of factors that could cause possible financial corrections of the amount stated for the Czech Republic in the programming period of 2007 -- 2013. The theoretical part is focused on description of Cohesion policy of European Union and funding. The practical part analyzes the main risk factors of drawing funds from European resources in the Czech Republic -- additionality, amount of drawn funds and system of management and control.

Methods of the Distance Management in different countries

The bachelor thesis is comparing the methods of distance management in two similar companies that have significant difference in the sizes of turnovers. One of the companies is located in Kazakhstan, the second is in Prague. The main question of the thesis is if the difference of turnovers is caused by methods of management or by other factors. The aim of this thesis is to determine effective methods of distance managing for a company with the less turnover. The multicriterial decision making method TOPSIS is used for analysis of effective methods. A key aspect of the analysis is to measure the contribution of each method for increasing the efficiency of management in companies.

Implementation, impact and sustainability of educational projects in SMEs funded by the ESF

The aim of this study is to compare implementation, impact and sustainability of educational projects in small and medium enterprises which are funded by the European Social Fund. The results of the analysis should give us an answer to the question whether the financial support is used effectively and contributes to the fulfilment of its objectives or the potential of these funds remains untapped. The theoretical part deals with the current situation analysis of training and development of employees in SMEs, different methods of measuring the effectiveness of company training as well as the opportunities of training promotion in SMEs with support of the ESF. The practical part is focused on comparing the implementation of educational projects funded by the Operational Programme Prague -- Adaptability and Operational Programme Human Resources and Employment in chosen SMEs. These companies are compared with enterprises that fund their educational programmes with their own resources and with respect to differences resulting from their size measured by number of employees. This comparison enables us to assess the effectiveness of the use of public funds in this area.

The thesis focuses on issues of project management and the project life cycle in tourism. It answers the question what specifics are reflected in projects financed by the European Union in the tourism sector. The thesis evaluated the benefits of selected projects financed by EU funds for the development of tourism and the development of the Czech Republic through the tourism sector.

Implementation of projects supported by EU funds

The aim of this study is to compare companies and NGOs in the projects of EU Structural Funds. In the theoretical part were presented EU funds, in particular the European Social Fund and European Regional Development Fund. Then there was described the situation of companies and nongovernmental organizations in the Czech Republic. In the fourth section of the theoretical part are possible operational programs, which can be used by companies and NGOs. In the practical part there was selected for the qualitative research Operational Programme Humans Resources and Employment. Studied the effect of subsidized organizations like the Project on civic associations, charitable company, limited liability company and stock company before and after project.

Drawing funds from the European Union by Czech businesses

This bachelor thesis deals with the use of financial resources from the European Union by the Czech business companies. In the theoretical section is defined the concepts of regional policy, its targets for the period 2007-2013 and the Structural Funds. Specifically, it focuses on the Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovations. The practical part is based on questionnaire research. The questionnaire was sent to Czech companies which draw from the Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovations. The goal was to find answers to the following questions: what is the business information on option grants, what is the difficulty of the grant application process and the problems that businesses face.

Fundraising of non-profit cultural organizations

The bachelor thesis is dedicated to fundraising used in the non-profit organizations, that are engaged in cultural activities. Fundraising is an active recruitment of financial and non financial resources important for the existence of such organizations. First part of this work defines the non-profit sector, respectively non-profit cultural organizations and summarize the potential resources available for their funding. Further on, the thesis deals with the definition of the concept of fundraising and fundraising methods and their principles. The last part focuses on the examination of the specifics of the cultural non-profit sector and on fundraising approaches in diverse cultural organizations. The thesis as well includes survey of the public opinion, which aim to determine the attitude of people to donate to certain cultural organizations.
