Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou čerpání finančních prostředků ze strukturálních fondů a Kohezního fondu v České republice. Práce je blíže zaměřena na rizikové oblasti čerpání prostředků v programovém období 2007-2013 v České republice. Výstupem práce je analýza faktorů, které mohou být příčinou případných finančních korekcí sumy určené na kohezní politiku v České republice v programovém období 2007-2013. V teoretické části je přiblížena problematika kohezní politiky Evropské unie a princip fungování čerpání prostředků z evropských fondů. Jsou zde vysvětleny vztahy mezi národními a evropskými institucemi, které se na realizaci kohezní politiky podílejí. V praktické části jsou analyzovány zásadní rizikové faktory čerpání evropských prostředků v České republice -- adicionalita, množství vyčerpaných prostředků a systém řízení a kontroly. Ke konci práce jsou uvedena doporučení pro programové období 2014-2020. The diploma thesis deals with cohesion funding in the Czech Republic. The main focus is put on risk factors of cohesion funding in Czech Republic in the programming period of 2007 -- 2013. The main output of this thesis is the analysis of factors that could cause possible financial corrections of the amount stated for the Czech Republic in the programming period of 2007 -- 2013. The theoretical part is focused on description of Cohesion policy of European Union and funding. The practical part analyzes the main risk factors of drawing funds from European resources in the Czech Republic -- additionality, amount of drawn funds and system of management and control.
