Inclusive education of a girl with mild mental disability in elementary school

This bachelor thesis aims to describe the specifics of inclusive education of the elementary school, who was diagnosed with light mental disability. It is the work of theoretical-empirical. The theoretical part characterizes mental disability. It also describes inclusive education and support measures that provide pupils with light mental disabilities. The practical part is processed by the case study method. The aim of the research was to present possible positives and negatives to intergrate the pupil into the common educational stream. The results of this research showed the need to create a suitable stimulating environment for the pupil not only at school but also at home. The education herself should take place in a smaller place in a smaller collective together with intact pupils under the guidance of an experienced pedagogical worker. Furthermore, it is evident from the research that the education of the pupil in the main curriculum is enriching, since mutual interaction has the impact on all participating - so they have the opportunity to learn each other. Analysis of education of a child with visual impairment in kindergarten

The bachelor thesis entitled "Analysis of education of a child with visual impairment in kindergarten" analyzes the development of a visually impaired child in a preschool facility of a common type and the course of his education. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to acquaint with the support measures, that make the education of children with visual impairment possible, and to analyze its implementation in the practice of a regular kindergarten. That is accomplished by a direct work with the child, his observations and interviews with him, as well as interviews with the child's mother and a special pedagogue from the special pedagogical centre that the child attends. The analysis of a literature provides the theoretical support of a description of the development of an intact child in preschool age and a child with visual impairment in the same age. The last theoretical part is a description and analysis of support measures for children and pupils with visual impairment according to the Catalog of Support Measures. The chapters on the development of a visually impaired child and on support measures also contain texts from practice, on which the findings are shown. Role of teaching assistant in education of a pupils with hearing impairment

The bachelor's thesis deals with the job description of a teaching assistant in the education of pupils with hearing impairment at a regular primary school. The work also focuses on how the assistants are familiar with the surdopedic care issues. Furthermore, it was necessary to find out if there were any problematic aspects of the teaching assistant's work with a hearing impaired pupil. The research investigation of the bachelor thesis was carried out in a qualitative form. A semi-structured interview was used as a method of data collection. These interviews were conducted with four informants, i.e. four teaching assistants who provide support to pupils with hearing impairments at a regular primary school. The interviews were recorded and transcribed into a verbatim transcript, which was openly coded for research purposes. The research investigation of the work was to point out the practical aspects of the work of a teaching assistant for these pupils and the possible issues of this activity. The survey results showed that the problematic area could include online learning and the subsequent wearing of protective equipment during renewed full-time teaching. Support measures of the first level for primary pupils with potential special educational needs

The diploma thesis is focused on the production of supportive measures for children who are supposed to suffer some learning disabilities, namely it is concerned with the pupil support plan. The theoretical part briefly mentions the characteristics of younger school age. Every child is different and the beginning of the school attendance reveals if he or she is ready for the school system. Describes possible signs of problems from the perspective of a school performance. The diploma thesis includes possibilities of intervention and support of problem children, it explains intrinsic and extrinsic factors, mentions the important role of a teacher and also cooperation with a family. It explores reasons for supportive measures and describes the situation according to the current legislation. It also defines educational contents in the Framework Educational Programme for Basic Education and briefly gives information about inclusive education. Learning styles and their effectivness amongst pupils with specific learning disabilities

This diploma thesis deals with learning styles and their effectiveness amongst pupils with specific learning disabilities. The theoretical part describes the problems of specific learning disorders, the current legislation and the possibilities of care for pupils with specific learning disabilities in school counseling facility, learning styles, learning habits amongst pupils with specific learning disorders and basic diagnostics of learning styles. The practical part is focused on the research and includes quantitative research which focuses on revealing the predominant style of learning at the second level of elementary school amongst pupils with learning disabilities and its comparison with the regular population of pupils. The thesis also answers a range of questions, such as, what helps learners who have learning disabilities to make the most out of their work, what disturbs the learners during learning, and compares these findings with pupils without any learning disabilities. The results of the survey revealed that pupils with specific learning disabilities involved in the research are predominant in the auditory style of learning. There were no differences found between predominant learning styles in pupils with learning disabilities and pupils without these disorders.
Influence school legislation from 2016 to process Primary School Práčská

This bachelor work deals with problematics of Czech modern education. It describes a new scholastic legislation and its influence on the operation of a primary school, established along §16 par. 9 Education Act. This work acquaints with history and development of special education. It work highlights an important role of school advisory institutions, which have a fundamental importance for assessment of support measures and placing pupils to educational institutions. The bachelor work describes the most common diagnoses of pupils with special educational needs and the most important points of the current scholastic legislation. The practical part of the bachelor work introduces the primary school Práčská, on which the research was made. I used a method of document analysis, for which was used a technique of long-term report, and a method of qualitative research with a technique of semi-structured interview. The final part of this work is dedicated to evaluation of the new scholastic legislation's influence and its impact on the primary school Práčská.
