Life management - important concept in psychology

The thesis brings forward an analysis of the phenomenon of life management (LM) and its research. The introduction ponders over the level of knowledge of the theme and its interpretation; the theoretical part deals with comparison of related theories or, to say it in another words, of theoretical foundations of the phenomenon of LM, taking their similarities and differences into account, where the conclusion of the thesis is that the phenomenon of life management is absolutely necessary; and the practical part deals with field research. In total, 125 subjects took part in it. The research combined various methods - interviews, life axes and questionnaires. The participants were asked to answer questions regarding the management of their own life, and the basic characteristics of it. Based on an analysis of categories, a theory of life management was laid down based on the most relevant pieces of knowledge. LM is a complex and individual phenomenon. Obviously adverse external factors, e.g. poverty, unemployment or illness, weren't necessarily signs of inadequate life management in the studied population. Women on maternity and parental leave as a target group in adult education

The subject of this work is women on maternity and parental leave as a target group of adult education. These women are inserted in the target group mainly because they are handicapped on the labor market. In this work, I am presenting the most complex view of the examined group, its position in the society and the educational possibilities. The first part of this work describes some solutions related to women on maternity and parental leave. It is mainly a social view on the ideas of maternity and parenthood which has changed through the history and which has been modified by opinions of psychologists and pedagogues. The second part of my work is focused on a brief analysis of the current social situation of women with small children. I describe important measures offered by the state such as the institute of the maternity and parental leave and child care. For the proper setting of these measures, it is important to know the attitudes assumed by the society towards them. The education of women on maternity and parental leave is not an easy task. I describe motivations of these women, organizational specifics related to the creation of the educational programs and also some of the educational possibilities during the period of maternity and parental leave. Relating oneself to the future and value orientation (comparing perspectives of scouts and their parents)

The aim of my diploma paper is to analyse the question of relation valuable orientation members of Junak to the future, section of expectation and wishes of their parents. The theoretical part concentrates on the demarcation of ideas of personal value, valuable orientation, time perspective and explanation of value, ideals and elements which form scout's movement. There are also presented results of research from Mgr. Pavel Černý, in which this work continues. The pairs-individual/scout + his/her parents are respondents of my research. It includes 3 men and 7 women and their mothers (none of the fathers were participants in the research). I show parental expectations, wishes and calculations in relation to the future of their children and also expectations, wishes and calculations of these children in relation to their own future in the exploratory part of my Diploma work.

If we survey the development of political thought in Islam we would come to know that Muslim scholars. during the past hundred years. have developed new theories in the tield of Islamic political thought in an unprecedented manner. Yet some of them have not been successful in developing theories fit for running the affairs of their societies. The Iranian Islamic Revolution of 1979 resulted in the replacement of the monarchy by the Islamic Republic of Iran. The inspiration for the new government came from Great Ayatollah Seyyed Ruhollah Musavi Khomeini. who first began formulating his concept of an Islamic government in the early 1970s. while in exile in the Shi 'a Islam learning and pilgrimage center ofNajaf in Iraq. This thesis deals with description and evaluation of the case of strategic planning process in city Ústí nad Labem. The case is evaluated due to one criterion of sustainable development. The criterion is participation. The thesis is focused on participatory techniques used during the planning process in particular. It combines concept of governance with other sociological concepts of participation. Beside the description and the evaluation of used techniques the thesis focuses also on attitudes and beliefs of planning process participants with regard to idea of sustainable development and participation on planning and decision making. Theoretical part of the research displays the premises and knowledge in the field of participation and planning evaluation. It shows, the premises say that one condition of local sustainable development is using of participatory innovations in local governance. It describes diverse aspects of participation and possible evaluation criteria in particular. Analytical part uses knowledge and concepts of participatory process evaluators as a model for its own evaluation of the case of Ústí nad Labem. 82 12.Závěr Právo životního prostředí se i nadále vyvíjí velmi rychle a dynamicky. Růstu právních úprav však neodpovídá efektivnost jejich prosazování v praxi, které pokulhává. Nejsou plně oceněny principy prevence a předběžné opatrnosti. Více se bojuje s následky a málo se hledí na příčiny a základy nepříznivého stavu. Právo životního prostředí bude mít jistě významnou roli v soustavě závazných pravidel chování subjektů k přírodě. Právo bude více tvořeno nástroji ekonomickými a finančními než administrativními. Daleko vyšší roli budou hrát daně, poplatky, povinná pojištění, účelové fondy aj. Ve vztahu k prevenci je třeba se zamyslet nad trestněprávní politikou, dnes již skupin států. Bude zřejmě více trestné již závažnější ohrožení životního prostředí či jeho složek, trestní odpovědnost právnických osob již nesmí být tabuizována. Předpokládá se, že již v našem století dojde k zásadním klimatickým změnám. Roste nejen teplota pevniny a oceánů, ale mění se síla a průběh mořských proudů, trvale zmrzlá půda rozmrzá. Na tomto stavu se podílí využívání fosilních paliv a vlivy v zemědělství, včetně zmenšování ploch zeleně a půdy na planetě. Nekoncepční stavebnictví vede k problémům se zásobami podzemní vody. Songs in the English Education.

The diploma thesis called A Selection and Use of Songs in English Language Teaching discusses the idea of a positive impact of music on language acquisition and tries to stimulate the English teachers to think about the interconnetion of these two areas. In the first part, a current situation of using music in ESL teaching in the Czech republic and abroad is described. The second part focuses on the most important aspects of psychological, language and musical development of a child. A musical view on English phonetics and phonology completes the theoretical background of the thesis. The third part suggests activities and materials suitable for use in ESL classes including lesson plans that may inspire English teachers without musical education to use music and songs in their classes. A separate supplement of this thesis, a CD, provides materials processed in context with ideas of this work.

Intention of this work is to introdukce ideas of lean enterprise in general but also on concrete example of company BENTELER, ČR s.r.o. and take a think on influences and difficulties. Dissertation is divided into theoretical part which describing basic methods and principles of lean enterprise and practical part. In practical part I am introducing company BENTELER, ČR s.r.o. and actions to establish lean production on concrete example in plant Chrastava.
