Development of Speaking and Singing Skills of Children Based on Musical Fairy-tale in a Kindergarden

The target of diploma work is to verify possibilities of methodical work in a kidregarden which will conect all aspects of pre-school education together based on a musical fairy -tale. The development of speaking and singing skills wiil be in a center of an atention of the work. Theoretical part of the work will contain explanation of basic musical- psychological expressions in conection with each ethaps of children evolution in a pre-school education. A Special emphasis will lay on a development of motorical, listening, musical, singing and speaking skills. Beside musical and musical-motion activities, dramatical genres will be used. There will be planned a project ( musical fairy tale) in which all points of contemporary pre- school education will be used. All these points will be defined and shortly characterized. In the second part will be introduced project that will have a target to verify how much it is possible to influence speaking and singing skills by musical fairy-tales. Everything will be concepted on a base of holistic aproach in the RVP frame.

Ing. Jitka Vodáková, CSc. ABSTRAKT This Bachelor thesis highlights the possibilities of environmental education in kindergarten and school company with practical activities. In the theoretical part, first of all, I am mapping out the framework education programs for pre-school and basic education and the charakterizuji environmental education and its interconnections with practical activities. The aim of the practical part of the drafting and realisation of a minor part of the project, focusing on environmental education. The project was primarily to provide children the opportunity to get acquainted with some methods such as observation, the use of the results for other activities, exploring the connection between different phenomena in nature, get to know the environment in which they live and to obtain a positive relationship to him. Overall, it was aimed to promote the development of the child as a personality-oriented proenvironmentaly. Sports event management - Princeton-Blairstown Center

Title: Sports event management - Princeton-Blairstown Center Objectives: The aim of this work is on the basis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to propose particular arrangement that would improve organization of Princeton-Blairstown Center in following years. Methods: Case analysis was used as the main research method. In preparation of this analysis participant observation, document analysis, semi-structured and unstructured interviews were applied. On the basis of these methods SWOT analysis was developed, which shows the strengths and weaknesses Results: The analysis showed that the Princeton - Blairstown Center was very well organized event with small issues. The camp is associated organization to Princeton University, camp gains part of the funding from the university or its foundations. The advantages of Princeton - Blairstown Center are mainly a high ropes course, a unique environment and area and because of these advantages camp has increasing number of participants every year. For the following years, it is very important to keep a good relationship with the university, take care of the site, keep the lake in good condition, try to find sponsors and improve promotion of Princeton - Blairstown Center. Travel on water

v anglickém jazyce : The Bachelor Thesis is designed as a one-year visual art project for students in the Art Elementary School between the ages six and thirteen. The theme "Journey on water" portrays a piece of wood from Šumava, floating on the river Vltava in times when wooden rafts were employed. The objective of the project is to reinforce in students a positive attitude to nature and to spark an interest in art and cultural heritage. The structure of the project is based on a story following the piece of wood in different seasons from the river"s source to the Prague"s historical center. It continues as a subsequent line of open creative visual art projects illustrating the wood"s journey to the sea and to the Eastern Island. The entire project culminates in a visit of an exhibition of Jakub Schikaneder and as a collective installation in one of the branches of the Municipal Library "Na Pohorelci" in Prague 1.
Project teaching: The greatest people of Kladno

This diploma thesis deals with the project that should have introduced 14 personalities who made famous the city of Kladno and its surroundings. The project was defined for chosen students from The Grammar School of Kladno. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part relates to the issue of importance and contribution of regional history. Practical part describes in detail process and results of the project. The project contains of 14 personalities from the history of Kladno, the layout of lessons dealing with these personalities and biographies of personalities that were worked out by students as a result of the project.

TITLE: Headmaster as a project manager AUTHOR: Mgr. Bc. Iva Lokajová DEPARTMENT: The centre of school management SUPERVISOR: RNDr. Jana Marková ABSTRACT: The thesis "Headmaster as a project manager" focuses on the topic of project management in schools. The processed topic should help novice headmasters in particular with the fundamentals of project management. It explains the basic concepts of project management and deals with the description of the forms and methods of project management. It explains the basic tasks, activities and competence of the project manager in education. The research part is trying to map out a so far relatively unexplored area of project management for headmasters of primary schools and kindergartens as well as analyze and visualize the needs of school headmasters in the area. The conclusions show that although elementary schools in particular recognize the benefits of participating in projects for schools, their support in this area is inadequate. The thesis offers proposals for measures that could be used to improve support for project managers in education.
Project method at primary school

The diploma thesis: "Project method at primary school" deals with the development of new knowledge and skills through the project method, analysis of the quality of its use and possibilities of its application in practice. The work discusses how teachers work on projects with new information, how they develop new knowledge and skills of their students when using the project method. Furthermore it brings author's own project the purpose of which was to allow students to invent new knowledge on their own. The project method at the first school can be carried out by either short-term or long-term projects. Effectivity and quality of teaching is influenced by versatile development of personality of each student. Results of the questionnaire survey proves that the teachers are trying to ensure students enough opportunities for development of key competencies. They strive to put students in the working mood and try to build rich information background. Teachers knowingly consider these aspects however they are not convinced whether it is sufficient for the students. Results of student questionnaire captures how students perceive the work with new information acquired during the project. Teacher cooperation as the basis of the educational process

The thesis is divided in two parts. The first theoretical part defines the term cooperation and deals with the question of cooperation and individualism in school environment. It also reflects the documents where cooperation is explicitly mentioned. It shows the influence of school culture and climate on the development of cooperation, and it studies the climate of teacher-staff, and the role of the leadership in teachers' cooperation. The thesis further tries to map the reasons for refusing cooperation and define the environment that would encourage and support cooperation among teachers. At the same time, it identifies obstacles that prevent cooperation. It is aimed at mapping the areas and forms of cooperation used in school systems and various levels in which the teachers are wiling to cooperate. The practical part contains an exploratory study aimed at discovering the actual situation in teachers' cooperation in Primary/Lower Secondary Schools in the capital city Prague and a good practice examples that present options of cooperation among teachers in a Primary and Lower Secondary School in Prague 2.
