Forms and difficulties of distance learning during the time of covid-19

The presented bachelor thesis deals with the issue of distance learning during the time of covid-19 pandemic in the Czech Republic, especially regarding the positives and negatives that this form of education might bring. The aim of this work is to find ways of delivering education remotely on a selected sample of respondents during the state of emergency, to further analyse parenting experience, along with the experiences of distance learning participants. The theoretical part is focused on description of this particular type of education, its forms and it presents educational platforms and tools for online teaching. It outlines the advantages and disadvantages of distance learning based on research already conducted. Subsequently, it briefly describes the situation regarding the closure of schools in context with the covid-19 disease, including adopted legislative measures. In the practical part there are structured interviews with families and their children, in which experiences with distance learning were ascertained. How it works for them, what they see as benefits, but also pitfalls, and how they try to solve originated issues. The role of the nurse in screening risks of long term opioid use in chronic nonmalignant pain patients

Backgroud: The subject of this thesis is screening risks of aberrant behavior and addiction in patients with chronic non-malignant pain who are on long-term opioid therapy. Objectives: The aim is to introduce the Czech Adaptation of the Screener and Opioid Assessment for Patients with Pain-Revised (SOAPP-R) and the Opioid Risk Tool (ORT) and to validate the two questionnaires. To identify the difference between patients in high and low risk of aberrant behavior with respect to socio-demographic, clinical and affective variables regarding SOAPP-R and ORT. To evaluate the clinical utility of the visual analog scale Emotional Thermometers at predicting high and low risk of aberrant behavior regarding SOAPP-R and ORT. Methods: This multicenter study was conducted through an anonymous survey using standardized self-reporting questionnaires, SOAPP-R and ORT. The research sample consisted of 305 patients, recruited from pain clinics, suffering chronic non-malignant pain. Patients had been in treatment for at least three monthes on stable doses of opioid analgesics. Analysis of leisure activities for children from excluded sites

The aim of The Bachelor thesis "Analysis of the leisure time of children from excluded localities" was to find out how children from socially excluded areas spend their free time and whether it differs from ordinary children from standard families. The theoretical part contains explanations of basic concepts such as leisure time, free time function and an outline of the possibilities of free digestion in children. In addition, the term "excluded locality" is approached, attention is paid to what families in localities live, what are the causes of social exclusion and what is the influence of the place of residence of the child on the choice of spending his free time. Furthermore, the concept of the family as a primary socializing group is defined and the influence of the family on the individual is determined. Attention is also paid to how the socially weaker family looks, how to work with such families, and whether it is possible for these families to return to normal life. The effect of morphine withdrawal on the adenylyl cylclase signaling system in rat brain

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to study the effect of morphine withdrawal on the adenylyl cyclase signal system in the rat brain. Theoretical part of this thesis summarizes basic information known about opioids and its leading representative morphine, molecular mechanisms of its effect on the organism and yet determined knowledge about effects of morphine addiction and subsequent withdrawal on the organism and above all on the central nervous system. There is still much unknown about exact mechanism of development of morphine addiction and withdrawal. This thesis also summarizes briefly the Western blot method used in analysing the effect of morphine withdrawal on selected proteins of the adenylyl cyclase signal system in the rat brain. Experimental part of this thesis is based on the detection of expression of key components of the adenylyl cyclase pathway in selected regions of the rat brain after long-term administration and subsequent withdrawal of increasing doses of morphine. Influence of hiporehabilitation on graphomotorics of children with handicap

This bachelor thesis aimed to clarify two basic findings, whether the hiporehabilitation has an impact on the development of graphomotorics for individual clients with disabilities and whether the development of gross and fine motor skills within the undergoing hiporehabilitation has an influence on the graphomotorics of the observed clients. The research was divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part divided into several chapters explained all the terminology and the theory needed for the following practical part. Analysis of graphomotorics of handicapped individuals was performed using the selected tests of graphomotorics levels - the test based on imitating of patterns was always presented, 2 additional tests of graphomotorics levels were used. Tests were always performed after hiporehabilitation unit on the back of the horse with sufficient time for processing. Tests were drawn with a pencil or crayons, the choice of colors was left to the child. Tests were performed immediately after the first therapy and after each tenth therapy for 9 months. The educational process of pupils with visual impaitment with an accent on the social skills and leisure activity

The submitted bachelor's degree thesis deals with the educational process of pupils with visual impairment while a special attention is paid to their social skills and interests. The idea of the bachelor thesis is to create an auxiliary material for parents of visually impaired preschool children who decide on the type of elementary school. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out the level of provision of interest activities for pupils with visual impairment and to point out the importance of social skills and talent development for pupils with visual impairment in school and out-of-school education. The aim of the thesis is also to find out how teachers of special primary schools and ordinary primary schools and parents of visually impaired pupils view the issue of inclusion in people with visual impairment. The thesis is divided into two parts: the theoretical one and the practical one. The theoretical part presents the problematics of visual impairment, it defines basic terminology, introduces conditions of the educational process of pupils with visual impairment. The opportunities and obstacles of active leisure time from the perspective of the secondary school students

The thesis called "The opportunities and obstacles of active leisure time from the perspective of the high school students" deals with the leisure time of selected high school students. The main aim is get information about their possibilities and obstacles in their leisure time. The theoretical part focuses on the themes leisure time and the development period of adolescence across chapters. That part does not miss the related theme of motivation, lifestyle and technology in leisure time. The practical part evaluates the questionnaire survey and examines activities high school students in their free time, and finds out their possibilities and barriers in their leisure time. Finally, I realized an analysis of leisure institutions and created an online map of leisure institutions where students can spend their time and be active. Beneficial for pedagogical practice are results of the survey which provide feedback for the school, but also for pedagogical practice in high school in general.
