Influence of motivation to the creativity of students and pupils

Compared to the past our society puts more and more pressure on the performance of students that may not be whenever sufficient. There is emphasis put on performance at all levels of school. The aim of this work is to research available theoretical knowledge and to asses which sort of motivation influences significantly creativity of students and pupils. Taking into account current theories of motivation and theory of creativity and it ́s development, the work will be focused on specific and actual research in czech practice. Based on analysis of current theories and actual research it will arise a new overview that can be provided to the teachers as recommendation how to appropriately engage students and pupils into creative activity. Sustainable fashion within environmental education

The Bachelor thesis concerns the problems of fashion industry as a possible topic for the environmental education. After defining the basic termes such as "environmental education" and "sustainable fashion", we introduced project-based learning which is suitable for realisation of "crossing themes". The main aim of this thesis was to create a concrete project about negatives aspects of textil and clothing industry and to present it afterwards at a chosen school. This educational programme should get students interested in this problematic which will be tested afterwards while proposing a realisation of concrete project. It would be about SWAP, when participants exchange their clothing they don't use anymore for clothing they will use. Elementary teachers conviction of the possibilities of individualization in education and its implementation in the educational process

The thesis deals with the theoretical anchoring of individualization of teaching in primary school. It discusses the basic terminology related to the tissue, the work also points to areas related to individualized teaching, such as differentiation of teaching. It briefly delineate the historical context of individualization of teaching and describes some of the used individualization systems. At the same time, the theoretical part deals with the individualization of teaching in terms of the law of the Czech Republic and how it requires czech teachers to take into account the individual posibilities and needs of students. The reserarch part examines the beliefs of primary school teachers about the possibilities of individualization and its implementation in educational process. Qualitative research was used to explore the topic. Through semi-structured interview, questions of research were answered and the collected data were evaluated.
Effectivity of educational programme of National Institute of Further Education from the perspective of teaching assistants

The diploma thesis deals with the effectiveness of the educational program of the National Institute of Further Education in Prague (National Institute of Pedagogy) from the point of view of its graduates, teaching assistants. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the specifics of the profession of teaching assistant in the Czech educational context. The mentioned theoretical area leads to a key topic, which is the education of teaching assistants. It also includes mapping the results of research already carried out. The empirical part contains an analysis of the educational program for teaching assistants, implemented by the National Institute of Further Education in Prague (National Institute of Pedagogy). Subsequently, it presents the results of the effectiveness of the educational program in terms of graduates of the qualification course in the profession of teaching assistant. The research investigation showed that the study at National Institute of Further Education in Prague intended for teaching assistants achieves a very high, almost maximum degree of efficiency.
Alternative Approaches to Education at Selected High Schools

The thesis deals with alternative approaches to education at high schools in the Czech Republic. The starting points of the thesis are mainly the historical context of alternative education and the characteristics of the Czech high schools and their students with a focus on private schools. The main areas of interest are some didactic principles, selected forms and methods of teaching, formative assessment and specific position of a teacher, which are stated as crucial, based on the research findings. The thesis also provides a brief overview of high schools in Prague which are considered innovative. Two such high schools are examined in detail in the empirical survey. Their stories are comprehensively processed using the multiple case study method. Preparation for admission examinations for grammar schools. View of parents and children.

The paper looks at parents' experiences related to their children's preparations for attending an eight-year gymnázium (academic secondary school), with the goal of identifying and understanding how families experience this preparatory period and what preparatory strategies they choose; or rather, how they approach the preparatory exams, what preparations the family undergoes, what emotions they experience, and how they assess this experience. The theoretical part of this theoretical and empirical paper briefly defines some of the basic terminology necessary for understanding the paper's theoretical foundations and presents the legislative background of the state admissions exams. The third chapter of the theoretical part looks at several realized studies that have focused on the subject of multi- year gymnázia and parents' views on this phenomenon. The various chapters of the paper's empirical section present the author's qualitative methodology, describe the study's approach, and show the results of a qualitative study of parents and children who underwent this experience in the 2017/18 and 2018/19 school years. The ways of development of the key competencies within methodes of Montessori pedagogy

The work is dedicated to the ways of developement of the key competencies of learners within methodes of Montessori pedagogy. The first part is concentrated on the evaluation of the current level of knowledge including the key competencies and Montessori pedagogy with its methodes. In the second part the work deals with a theoretical background to accomplish a research in the empiric kind of way, where we find the focal point of this entire work. The practical part of the work analyses the different approaches of two selected elementary Montessori schools to the developement of the key competencies within the applied methodes of teaching. The closing part of the work is dedicated to the evaluation of the used methodes in relation to the key competencies and it also pursues the comparison of ways of use of the developement of the key competencies at these two selected elementary schools.
Social competence of teacher at a vocational school

The theme of this thesis is focused on research of social competences in vocational education. The aim of the theoretical part is to clarify the issue of social competences in various contexts. It deals with school as a social environment, general skills of a teacher and the specification of social skills needed to practice this profession. It will also describe the relationship between social skills and curricular documents and finally present expected requirements of a school management for the application of these skills. The aim of the empirical part is the research at a vocational school with regard to how the potential of social competencies of teachers is used in pedagogical activities in relation to the graduate profile. The research will take into account the results of three research methods - a document analysis, an observation and an interview. Partial objectives will focus on the learning environment, the content of the graduate profile, the work of the teacher and the view of school management on the application of social skills. The administrative burden in the headmaster's work in primary school

This bachelor thesis with the topic "The administrative burden in the work of headmaster of the primary school" is aiming to find out, which factors of administrative management, headmasters of the primary school perceive as burdensome and propose changes, that could reduce it. This bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part of this thesis is outlined the workload of the headmasters of the primary school. Based on the analysis of valid legislation and regulation, literature and empirical research of the author. The empirical part of this thesis extends the theoretical part. It is consists of qualitative research, which is aiming identifying, through semi-structured depth interviews with headmasters of the primary school, which factors of administrative management, headmasters of the primary school perceive as burdensome burdensome and propose changes, that could reduce it. Kompetitive and Cooperative Game in Leasuer Time Pedagogy

This bachelor thesis deals with competitive and cooperative game in leisure time pedagogy. The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to characterize these two types of games on the basis of the study of literature and to compare the findings with the practice in scout troops. The theoretical part begins by defining the terms leisure-time pedagogy and play in leisure-time pedagogy. Furthermore, attention is paid to play in the context of scout education. The following chapters describe the competitive and cooperative game in more detail. In the empirical part are presented results of the research probe conducted in twelve scout troops. Leaders were asked about the use of competitive and cooperative games and related themes (motivation and evaluation of children, reflection, behavior, planning goals). The conclusion of the research probe is that the found practice in scout troops corresponds to the theoretical findings found in the literature.
