Career management

The thesis deals with the career management from the perspective of the organization. The theoretical part concerns the definition and explication of the terminology (basic terms), approaches and methods in the process of the career management. The separate chapter is dedicated to the current issue of talent management and also to the interpretation of the research of career counseling in the workplace, which compares the approaches of employers to the career management of their employees in 25 states of the European Union. The incorporation of the domain of career management to the set of other HR activities in the organization makes also part of this thesis. The practical part of thesis describes the concrete example of work with prospective employees of the organization, i.e. the presentation of implementation of the development program for talented and key employees. The conclusion of the thesis comprises the evaluation of the effectiveness of the program, including the recommendations for its potential continuation in the future.
Competency profile of Fitness Instructor

Title: COMPETENCY PROFILE OF FITNESS INSTRUCTOR Objectives: The aim of this work is to find out competencies of fitness instructor and make a competency profile, containing competencies, which are important for excellent fitness instructor. Methods: I applied the method of interview and the method of research in my thesis. The interview was used to make a list of competencies of fitness instructor. The research was applied in the final part of making competency profile, for an attestation of explorative competency profile of fitness instructor. Results: The result of the thesis is competency profile, respectively a list of competencies, which distinguishes an excellent fitness instructor from an ordinary one. The process of supervision in training in cognitive behavioral therapy and expectations of supervisors and those supervisees from supervisit

ABSTRACT The first part of the study deals with theoretical issues of supervision, especially supervision in cognitive behavioral therapy. The practical part is focused to mapping the expectations of supervision of trainees of CBT training in various phases of their training (after 1 year of training and after the fourth year of training, prior to training) and expectations of supervision of trainees training in CBT supervision. ABSS (Attitudes and Beliefs about Supervision Scale) was used as an evaluation instrument to assessed the expectations and beliefs of supervision. The expectations of probands with different experience in supervision were compared to find out where are consensual and where differ. The results show that trainees in supervision (Supervisors) emphasize particularly the importance of self-reflection and structures, Intermediate and advanced training students differ in their attitudes and expectations of supervision minimally (increased emphasis on counter-transference in intermediate students). Probands who are just going into training and have no previous experiences with supervision generally have higher expectations of supervision than trainees, who are already undergoing training. In addition, the survey provides a certain historical context related to the education of minorities in the Czech Republic before 1989, and describes the current situation in the area of multicultural education in our country. It examines how teachers should be equipped to deal with situations linked to multicultural education and what teaching methods teachers use to motivate pupils. In the practical part, it shows examples of several lessons in which teachers work with broad topics of multicultural education. It also contains an overview of several case studies based on experience. The work should contribute to a greater discussion of the subject. Managerial work of the representatives of directors in the kindergartens with four classes in Prague 4, 11 and 12 Abstrakt: The bachelor thesis discusses managerial work of the representatives of directors in the kindergartens with four classes in Prague 4, 11 and 12. It also discusses the delegation of managerial functions to the representatives of directors. It deals with cooperation between directors and their representatives, determines their level of managerial competence from the perspective of themselves and also from the perspective of directors. Bachelor thesis compares conditions of the representatives of kindergartens directors for their managerial activities and compares work of the statutory representatives and leading teachers. This thesis deals in theoretical level with the concept of school management and defines its characteristics, defines the structure of managerial functions and deals with their delegation. Teacher competencies

This diploma thesis deals with adult teacher competencies. It describes current situation in adult education and it focuses on measuring quality level of teacher competencies. There is given the main overview of adult education specifics. These are the prerequisites for defining adult teacher competencies. There is given specific adult teacher competencies and related roles which are generally based on teacher's activities during educational courses. Next part describes present conception of teacher's competencies. These theories and presented model of roles are accepted as basis of establishment of classification of adult teacher competencies with emphasis on participant of educational process. Survey of adult teacher competencies was focused on three groups of respondents (participants, teachers, ordering party) and it determines the importance of competencies described in classification. The aim of the practical part is to determine whether and how the management's educational needs concerning employment and labour law differ depending on the type of school. The research findings might contribute to efficient labour law teaching and learning.
Influence of the RWCT Methods on Development of Selected Communication Skills of Preschool Children

This work deals with development of preschool children vocabulary. It focuses on speech self, on its development in relation to thinking and the development from the ontogenetic perspektive. Further, its maps the view on speech development in the past and present. The part dealing with RWCT follows. The thesis tries to outline the basic ideas of this programme and its application in kindergarten. It aims to familiarise readers with new approaches and methods of language and speech development, and to outline the basics of this programme. The thesis also compares this programme with the Start Together programme, which issues from RWCT. Another topic of the thesis is a comparison of the objectives of RWCT and the Framework Education Programme for Preschool Education, where the relationship between RWCT and Framework Education Programme for Preschool Edication objectives is shown. In the practical part of the thesis, statistical data from two kindergartens show whether using RWCT methods in kindergarten positively impacts development of select communication skills of preschool children. The thesis aims to prove that the RWCT methods positively support the overall communication skills and abilities of preschool children.
University education as a requisite demand for specialized qualification of teachers in numery schools caused by changes is preschool education

TITLE: "The university education as a necessary precondition for professional qualifications of kindergarten teachers in changing conditions /requirements for pre-school education." AUTHOR: Bc. Ludmila Hamáková DEPARTMENT: School Management Centre SUPERVISOR: Jan Voda, Ph. D. ABSTRACT The thesis deals with professional demands made on kindergarten teachers by our present society. In its theoretical part, the education preparing kindergarten teachers and pedagogical competences are analysed, which is set into the legislative framework to show the problem area within fundamental legal and pedagogical documents, along with specification of competences and preparatory education, the key concepts. The practical part is focused on gathering profession-related data from two groups of students (two secondary school graduates, three university graduates) to compare the level of their preparatory education.
