Situational leadership theory and its application in the optical business in the Czech Republic

The Theory of Situational Leadership, the core of the thesis, has become nowadays one of the intensively studied area in Sociology of management. The primary goal to be accomplished here in this thesis is to examine leadership styles of leaders in the optical business in the Czech Republic and to determine if the leaders are effective when exercise leading the followers, all with regard to Blanchard's and Hersey's Situational Leadeship Theory. The main part of the thesis consists of empirical study which focuses on leaders and their ledearship styles in optical organizations as well as their effectiveness in leading team of followers. The quantitative survey tool modified by author so can be used in czech environment will be introduced in the methodological part of the thesis. The theoretical assumptions should appropriately illustrate the analytical results obtained by the research. Parents' Preference Criterias in Kindergarten Choice

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find parents' preference criterias in kindergarten choice. These criterias will be monitored in two groups of kindergartens. On the one hand, they are kindergartens from the marginal part of Prague, specifically from Prague 11, where they are located partly in the construction of family houses, partly in a panel housing estate. On the other hand, they are kindergartens from the center of Prague, specifically from Prague 2, which are in the old part of Nové Město. The aim of this bachelor thesis is therefore not only the parents' preference criterias when they are choosing a kindergarten to find but also to compare these criterias in the given groups of schools. In the theoretical part, the thesis first deals with marketing, school management, and public relations. Schools may have difficulty to attract pupils and, in the absence of pupils, the school's financial resources are limited. A school that wants to enforce in a competitive environment will have to choose a strategy based on marketing approach. Vision of educational policy in electoral programs of political parties

This diploma thesis aims to describe the development of educational policy in the Czech Republic since the turn of the 20th and 21st centuries to 2017 and at the same time to compare the vision of educational policy in electoral programs of political groupings, which in 2017 won more than 5% of votes and thus exceeded the limit set by law for joining the Chamber of Deputies. The theoretical part focuses on the description of the development of educational policy from 1999 to 2017, in which it takes into account the political situation in the country and its impact on education policy. With the help of analysis and interviews, the research part seeks to compare the visions of the educational policy of political parties currently represented in the Chamber of Deputies. Marketing Communicetion of the Primary School

Marketing communication of the primary school ABSTRACT The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of marketing communication in education. The aim of the thesis is to compare marketing communication of primary schools in the capital city and primary schools the district of Nymburk. The thesis is focused on the comparison of marketing communication between those schools and parents of pupils who attend them. These findings will be based on electronic questionnaires which were sent to parents of pupils from five primary schools in Prague 12 and five primary schools in the district of Nymburk. The aim of the interview will beat least 70 % return on the total of 300 questionnaires sent out. Subsequently, the questionnaire survey will be evaluated and differences in marketing communication in Prague and in Nymburk district will be analyzed. The research focuses on the differences in the marketing tools used, the complexity of the informations provided through the primary school website, and the question if communication is the most important factor in the choice of primary school. The bachelor thesis deals with the implementation of theoretical knowledge in the day-to-day decision-making process of the headmaster in the Czech Republic and Belarus based on the study of the information obtained. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to formulate identical and different characteristics of the activities of the headmaster in the role of manager in the Czech Republic and Belarus. This work, with regard to research questions, should show in detail the differences in the approach to managerial work of the headmaster in the conditions of the Czech Republic and Belarus with regard to legislation, customs and experience. The bachelor thesis examines the director's personal profile as a manager with all aspects of managerial work and determines the work of a manager with human resources in the primary school environment of both countries. The topic of this bachelor thesis is culture of school and school management. Goals of this thesis is an analysis of school culture in kindergarten environment, identification of its signs, description of its behaviour and comparsion between opinions of kindergarten teachers and parents. This thesis is split into two parts. The theoretical part is a research of available sources on this topic and it is focused on school culture, its sections, functions, management a comunication. At the end of the thesis I compare opinions of kindergarten teachers and parents, whose children attend at their respective kindergarten. The output is a description of differences between teachers and parents in their opinions and potentional causes of these differences. The method of this research is a survey, which had been sent over the internet to a certain selected people. This survey is focused on facts , how parents and teachers appreciate their school (kindergarten), how they rate it in terms of inovations, relationships between education subjects, propagation and presentation, visual look of the school (kindergarten), the array of available hobby groups and activies for children and parents and so on. The theoretical part defines terms culture, education and main determinants of their relationships in terms of natural culture, globalisation, socioeconomic influence, political settings and public demand.
