Tématem bakalářské práce je zmapování a porovnání vzdělávacích potřeb, názorů a zkušeností při uplatňování pracovního práva u jednotlivých skupin vedoucích pracovníků škol. Cílem praktické části je zjistit, zda vzdělávací potřeby v oblasti pracovního práva jsou u těchto vedoucích pracovníků odlišné podle druhu řízené školy. Výsledky výzkumu by mohly být pomůckou při organizaci vzdělávání v oblasti pracovního práva. ABSTRACT: The bachelor thesis attempts to survey and compare educational needs, opinions and experience of people employed in various fields of school management regarding the application of employment and labour law. The aim of the practical part is to determine whether and how the management's educational needs concerning employment and labour law differ depending on the type of school. The research findings might contribute to efficient labour law teaching and learning.
