Analysis of Information Sources for Development of Software Application for Printing Industry

Diploma work is targeted on analysis and description of information sources for software application and management information systems in printing industry. At first information needs and information overloading are shortly defined. Next are descripted concepts of printing industry, software for printing industry and relatives concepts of management information systems and workflow systems. In next chapter keywords for information retrieval was arranged in hierarchical tree structures. Core specialised journals and usefull information sources were found within information retrieval. In work are involved both deep web sources and surface web information sources. Found information object are descripted and cited by ISO 690. At the end of work are given categorised bibliographic lists and simple web page project for specialised information portal.

Position of elders in education

The presented bachelor thesis deals with selected aspects of education of elders. It focuses primarily on the analysis of docility of elders and the demographical situation in the Czech Republic. The paper is divided into four chapters, which deal with the position of elders in the society, the changes of docility linked with age, motivation to study and universities of the third age, respectively. Active involvement in educational process has a positive impact on mental condition of every individual. The aim of this thesis is to capture problems which arise in the sphere of docility in connection with proceeding age. A further target is the comparison of course offers of universities of the third age with regard to their branch specialization. The thesis also mentions negative social phenomenons, which complicate elders' efforts for self-realization. Tanslation and stylistic analysis of five chapters of the novel Swimming by Nicola Keegan

This BA thesis consists of two parts. The first comprises my translation of five chapters of Nicola Keegan's novel debut Swimming. The second part, analytical one, contains two sections. One deals with the choice and description of the target language register of this translation and the other one with the stylistic analysis of the translation and the justification of the vocabulary used. The analytical part is based largely on the translational theories of Dagmar Knittlová and especially Jiří Levý.

Purchase behavior of a consumer in the perspective of social studies

This theoretical - empirical diploma paper tries to describe what social factors influence a consumer and a customer. Thus it targets a way of an influence of a family, social groups, social classes on consumer and purchase behaviour whereas it places emphasis on usage of theoretical knowledge in practice. Practical part follows after every subject chapter that attempts to tie together with previous theoretical chapter and undertakes to confirm or disconfirm its content. The author uses data from Czech representative research quantitative study Brandpower 2007 with a view of a secondary analysis and she mainly investigates relations between variables. For the analysis are used attitude statements, frequency of product usage, product ownership, different lifestyle activities and also very important sociodemographic respondent characteristics.

Salesian Youth Center in Pilsen Annotation This bachelor thesis describes the foundation and evolution of the Salesian Youth Center in Pilsen. It aims to provide the readers with a comprehensive view of how the Center works with specific target groups; how the basic type of work is expanding - the Center, oratory and parish. The work tries to monitor all of the Salesians who have worked for the project during its gradual expansion to its present form. It describes the impact on its surroundings and what specific activities can be practiced. The goal is to bring a comprehensive overview of the situation of these companies in the IT sector. The work will be carried out general analysis of the evolution of marketing companies Google, Apple and Mircosoft. At the same time there will be a preview provided by the companies in economic development, which will be analyzed by means of electronic information resources. In the chapter entitled as A survey of this work are presented results of a survey in the chosen target group, which assesses the form of a questionnaire the following parameters such as: company logo, products, services, etc. The end of this work will be dedicated to supporting non-profit projects and companies mentioned above.

Argumentation in political debates

The goal of the Bachelor Thesis is to elaborate one political discussion. From this discussion I will choose suitable samples for my research . Subsequently I try to find some arguments which will support chosen politicians opinions. Their argumentations I am noting in the argumentation structure. The argumentation analysis of the contemporary politicians who represent the two most important and the largest political parties is my contribution of this Thesis. The Thesis I have divided in to theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains seven chapters. The practical part is based upon the practical part. My first steps aim to the description of the political arguments and the dialogical communication which is taking pláce in that types of programs. Afterwards I will deal with the dialogical communication type and thanks to it. I can establish the type of dialogical communication in my program. Then I would like to outline the argumentation text structure which helps me during the practical part. Furthermore, in my research I will find what the opinion is and how can I identify it.. In the chapter called Argument I will target the argument principle and how can I identify it. In the next chapter I will peep into the argumentation problems . Of course, I can not leave out the wrong...

The negative advertisement and its impact on target groups

The aim of my thesis is to analyze some advertisements based on negative emotion and to familiarize the reader with the fundamental consepts in regard to advertisement. I also tried to describe the basic principles how to make the good and effective advertisement Moreover I concentrated on some key-factors of advertisement analysis such as the psychology of advertisement. The last capture of my thesis discusses some concrete forms of propagation, which either evocate the negative emotions on purpose or cause these negative feelings by mistake.

The rigorous thesis "Bedtime story and sleep! Regulating the use of television in raising children under 6 years of age", describes the way and intensity of how parents regulate children's TV viewing. However, since a TV set (as an object) in our households is not the only displaying device and television (as an institution) is not the only broadcaster of television contents, this thesis also includes watching TV programmes on other displaying devices such as computer, tablet, laptop and smartphone, which are connectable to the Internet. The chosen target group are children from 0 to 6 years of age. The thesis is based on two hypotheses. Firstly, parents use TV as a babysitter, and do so for various reasons. The second hypothesis assumes that parents do not pay attention to the time and type of programmes that children watch, even at a very early age when children are most vulnerable. The theoretical part consists of two chapters. The first chapter describes the position and importance of a TV set (as an object), television (as an institution) and television programmes (as watched audiovisual contents) in our households, and deals with the influence of television on the socialisation of the child in the family. Thesis concerns the analysis of poverty in the Czech Republic and a comparison with the situation in Germany and the Slovak Republic. The target is to find factors that are risk given the level of poverty and the level of risk of poverty or social exclusion in the Czech Republic, Germany and the Slovak Republic and get answers to research questions. Methods of scientific research is the analysis of secondary data drawn from Eurostat, the OECD and the statistical offices in selected countries.
