Czech and Moravian wines and their import and export

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to analyze the Czech and Moravian wines and describe their position on the Czech market. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter contains basic information about the wine (history, wine distribution, factors affecting the taste and quality of the wines and procedure for assessing the quality of wine). The second chapter deals with the main wine regions in the Czech republic. In the last chapter is analysed foreign trade in wine. This part provides information mainly about consumption and wine production and evaluation of the import and export.
Marketing Analysis of the Wine Shop

The aim of the thesis is to analyse marketing tools in the wine shop Víno-klub. The theoretical part deals with the marketing in general, marketing mix in the tourism industry, wine classification and the consumer behaviour for wine in the Czech republic. The practical part concerns with the analysis od the specific marketing tools in Víno-klub and its application to practise. Then the marketing mix is assessed by a questionnaire. At the very end, there is an outline of the recommendations, proposals and measures for improving the quality of the provided services.

The aim of this master's thesis is to create business plan and verify its feasibility. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. First part is theoretical, where all basic concepts, legal forms and structure of business plan are defined. Practical part consists of the business plan for e-shop that is offering especially wines that are made by traditional ways. Practical part consist mainly of analysis of competitors, analysis of product portfolio, marketing strategy and financial plan.
Wine tourism in a selected region in France

The thesis is focused on a relatively new concept of wine tourism in France. The main aim of this work is to evaluate a current situation of wine tourism in a region of Burgundy based on existing demand and supply. A partial objective is to evaluate an organization and cooperation of entities within the destination. The theoretical part deals with basic characteristics of wine tourism and destination management. The practical part is largely based on the analysis of current wine tourism demand and supply leading to an overall evaluation of wine tourism destination of Burgundy.
Analysis of saccharides in grapes and wine using HPLC with various stationary phases

The quality of wine is influenced by its saccharides content, especially glucose and fructose. Monitoring of wine oligosaccharides is of great interest, because of their physiological, medical and food importance. The aim of study was to develop method for fast analysis of saccharide composition of wine, grape juice and grapes.
Consumer protection at the Czech wine-market

The goal of the Master's Thesis is to identify potential risks that consumers face at the wine market in the Czech Republic. Further, the Master's Thesis aim to find out what are the measures that protect a consumer and to suggest solutions to those areas where the protective measures do not work. The identification is carried out via the analysis of primary and secondary data. Primary data are surveyed by means of consumer research and interviews with experts. At the end of the Master's Thesis the results are summarized and the improving arrangements are put forward.

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to analyze the global wine market and the position of the Czech republic at this market. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter contains basic information about the wine (history, wine distribution, manufacturing technology, production). The main part of the thesis is devoted to the analysis the global market. This part provides information mainly about foreign trade in wine and the market situation in the EU member states. The last chapter discusses the situation at the Czech market (foreign trade of the Czech republic, price developments, consumption of grapes and forecast into the future).
Tortilla Flat - characteristic of the community in the novel by John Steinbeck

This piece of work is aimed at the community of Tortilla Flat by the American writer John Steinbeck and the roles of particular characters of the story. It concerns mainly the question of friendship and the relationships among the members of the community. Furthermore, it deals with the motive of freedom and its importance for both individual characters and the community as a whole. This work also considers the historical context, i.e. the period during which the novel was created, as well as the role of women and other characters in the story. In this writing a significant role plays also the comparison of the two novels by Steinbeck: Tortilla Flat and Cannery Row. This part is focused on the search for common features, as well as differences between these two novels. This work thus concentrates on significant features of the above mentioned community and aims to describe and interpret the characters and their acting.
Beer, wine and spirits in Czech society in 2012

In September 2012 CVVM SOÚ AV ČR enriched the research project Pubs and Beer in Czech Society that is under way since 2004, with new questions about the position of different sorts of drinks in Czech society. This release presents information about image of beer, wine and spirits, how it is perceived by Czech public and also describes basic consumption patterns of these drinks.

The aforementioned section focuses specifically on wine's complaint process.
