Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat česká a moravská vína a zachytit jejich postavení na českém trhu. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola obsahuje základní informace o vínu (historie, rozdělení vín, faktory ovlivňující chuť a kvalitu vín a postup při posuzování jakosti vína). Druhá kapitola se věnuje hlavním vinařským regionům v České republice. V poslední kapitole je analyzován zahraniční obchod s vínem. Jde především o spotřebu a produkci vína a zhodnocení dovozu a vývozu. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to analyze the Czech and Moravian wines and describe their position on the Czech market. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter contains basic information about the wine (history, wine distribution, factors affecting the taste and quality of the wines and procedure for assessing the quality of wine). The second chapter deals with the main wine regions in the Czech republic. In the last chapter is analysed foreign trade in wine. This part provides information mainly about consumption and wine production and evaluation of the import and export.
