Cílem mé bakalářské práce je analyzovat světový trh vína a postavení ČR na tomto trhu. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola obsahuje základní informace o víně (historie, rozdělení vína, technologie zpracování, výroba). Hlavní část je věnována analýze světového trhu. Jde především o zahraniční obchod s vínem a situaci na trhu v jednotlivých členských státech EU. Poslední kapitola pojednává o situaci na českém trhu (zahraniční obchod ČR, cenový vývoj, spotřeba hroznů a pohled do budoucna). The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to analyze the global wine market and the position of the Czech republic at this market. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter contains basic information about the wine (history, wine distribution, manufacturing technology, production). The main part of the thesis is devoted to the analysis the global market. This part provides information mainly about foreign trade in wine and the market situation in the EU member states. The last chapter discusses the situation at the Czech market (foreign trade of the Czech republic, price developments, consumption of grapes and forecast into the future).
