Well-being of university pedagogues in workplaces related to social relationships and communication

The diploma thesis on the topic of Well-being of university teachers in the working environment from the point of view of social relations and communication deals with occupational well- being in the field of social relations and communication. The theoretical part of the work defines the concept of well-being, explains its effect on health, connections with social relations and communication, and provides an overview of the specifics of occupational well-being in the university environment. The practical part is devoted to the research, which was aimed at university teachers of the Department of Multimedia at the Faculty of Informatics and Statistics of the University of Economics in Prague. Its aim was to find out what the occupational well- being of these teachers is in terms of social relations and communication in the workplace. This is because it is a specific department where pedagogic and commercial activities are linked, so it was expected that this phenomenon would be reflected in workplace relationships and the attitude towards them, as well as occupational well-being. Burnout syndrome among teachers in preschool education

This bachelor's thesis deals with the burnout syndrom of teachers in kindergarten. The thesis includes theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part observes basic terms and definitions of the work. It defines the conditions that leads to the burnout syndrome and how can we work with it, what are the consequences and what can we do to prevent the syndrome from happening. The practical part discovers how the syndrome affected the life of the teachers and how often did they came across that issue. It follows particular cases of the burnout syndome and detects why the syndome had happend and how did the interviewee deal with it. The research was assigned as a questionare to teachers in kindergarten.
Education and development of teaching staff in the organization of merged kindergartens

The thesis deals with the topic "Training and development of teaching staff in the organization of merged kindergartens". The aim of the thesis is to identify and analyze the educational needs of teaching staff in kindergartens in the context of their further education and to propose a concept of further education of teaching staff of the organization. The theoretical part introduces the basic concepts and describes the system education, forms and methods of educational development of the staff of the selected organization. The thesis describes the importance of lifelong learning in the framework of continuing education of teaching staff, then the concept of who is a teaching staff, what is education and learning, human resources and their management. The thesis introduces formal, non- formal and informal adult education. It describes, among other things, the legislative framework for continuing education of teaching staff. The bachelor thesis "Communication and its influence on the resolution of the conflict between teachers and parents" deals with the position of parents in the educational process and the importance of proper and quality communication between parents and school. The thesis focuses on the description of conflict situations between the school, its management and teachers, and parents. The theoretical part describes and defines the basic knowledgein the field of conflict and communication. There are presented types of conflicts, main stages of conflicts, their causes and potential triggers, possible solutions and obstacles that may occur in these solutions. The work also deals with prevention and the principles of good communication, and examples of good practice are presented as well. The practical part focuses on the description and analysis of specific conflict situations in the selected private primary school. The chosen method of case study deals with the examination of conflicts that first-grade teachers in the institution deal with. The preparedness of kindergarten teachers for the child with a different mother tongue

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to figure out how kindergarten teachers are prepared for working with children of a foreign mother tongue. The theoretical part deals with the explanation of who a child with a foreing mother tongue is and with other topics related. Further on, the theoretical part is devoted to the adaptation and inclusion of children who speak a foreign mother tongue into a kindergarten and their linguistic development. The practical part describes and evaluates the qualitative research. The method used was an interview. Kindergarten teachers in České Budějovice, who have had experience with children speaking a foreign mother tongue within the collective of a Czech kindergarten, were interviewed.
