Diplomová práce na téma Well-being vysokoškolských pedagogů v pracovním prostředí z hlediska sociálních vztahů a komunikace se zabývá pracovním well-beingem v oblasti sociálních vztahů a komunikace. Teoretická část práce představuje pojem well-being, vysvětluje jeho vliv na zdraví, souvislosti se sociálními vztahy a komunikací a přibližuje specifika pracovního well-beingu ve vysokoškolském prostředí. Praktická část se věnuje vlastnímu výzkumu, který byl zaměřen na vysokoškolské pedagogy Katedry multimédií na Fakultě informatiky a statistiky Vysoké školy ekonomické v Praze. Jeho cílem bylo zjistit, jaký je pracovní well-being těchto pedagogů z hlediska sociálních vztahů a komunikace na pracovišti. Jedná se totiž o specifičtější katedru, kde se kloubí pedagogická a komerční činnost, tudíž bylo očekáváno, že se tento jev projeví i na vztazích na pracovišti a v přístupu k nim a současně na pracovním well-beingu. Výzkum byl realizován formou dotazníku, který vyplňovali pedagogové katedry, a byl doplněn rozhovorem s vedoucím katedry. Výsledky byly vesměs pozitivní a ukázaly, že naprostá většina pedagogů zmíněné katedry má dobrý pracovní well-being z hlediska vztahů a komunikace. Tato práce tak ukazuje na souvislost vztahů a komunikace na pracovišti s pracovním a potažmo celkovým well-beingem a zároveň... The diploma thesis on the topic of Well-being of university teachers in the working environment from the point of view of social relations and communication deals with occupational well- being in the field of social relations and communication. The theoretical part of the work defines the concept of well-being, explains its effect on health, connections with social relations and communication, and provides an overview of the specifics of occupational well-being in the university environment. The practical part is devoted to the research, which was aimed at university teachers of the Department of Multimedia at the Faculty of Informatics and Statistics of the University of Economics in Prague. Its aim was to find out what the occupational well- being of these teachers is in terms of social relations and communication in the workplace. This is because it is a specific department where pedagogic and commercial activities are linked, so it was expected that this phenomenon would be reflected in workplace relationships and the attitude towards them, as well as occupational well-being. The research was carried out in the form of a questionnaire filled out by teachers of the department and was supplemented by an interview with the head of the department.
