Proposal for optimization of organization of teaching staff education to the state graduation exams in Prague and Central Bohemia

1 ABSTRACT This thesis deals with the educational management of the teaching staff supervising the state graduation exams. The theoretical part explains the concept of educational management and focuses in detail on the managerial function of organization. It describes the current form of the state graduation exams, related legislation and institutions involved. The thesis explains the staffing of graduation exams and individual training programs for teachers, and clarifies the role of further education of teachers. The aim of the work is to optimize the organization surrounding the education of teachers supervising the state graduation exams in Prague and Central Bohemia. The data in the presented research were collected via a survey among participants of the education related to the state graduation exams in Prague and Central Bohemia in the school year of 2015/2016 and interviews with lecturers of relevant training programs. Analysis of system of further education for teachers

This bachelor thesis is focused on analysis of system of further education for teachers at primary school. The theoretical part of thesis explains the basic concepts related to the profession of teachers and their further education. The next part provides an overview of the development of further education of teachers in the Czech Republic. The last part of the theoretical section deals with the system of further education for teachers and its components. In the empirical part of the thesis are presented the results of own research. The research was realized by the analysis of documents and interview with the deputy headmaster. In the end, the data analyzed from empirical research are compared with theoretical assumptions. Training needs analysis of teachers at upper primary schools

SUMMARY: This bachelor thesis is aimed at training needs analysis of teachers at upper primary schools. The first part of thesis defines the basic concepts associated with the profession of the teacher and their further education. It also aimed at the training needs analysis process in general and the specific educational needs of teachers. The practical part of this thesis presents the results of own research which I gained by performing questionnaire survey among teachers at upper primary school and by interview with the director of the school. Based on this are educational needs of teachers at the upper primary school analyzed. Teachers educational needs during their career

This diploma thesis deals with the educational needs of primary school teachers in concrete forms and areas of further education in specific stages of their careers. The first part is gradually devoted to theoretical knowledge about further education of teachers, its forms and areas and careers of teachers. The ending of this part is dedicated to further education of teachers abroad and the role school management has in the management of further education. The aim of the second part of the thesis, which is the research part, was to obtain the data neccesary to determinine the educational needs of primary school teachers throughout their careers. An questionnaire was used for this with an interview serving as a complimentary method. The conclusion summarizes the results of the research and it presents teachers' preferences in forms and areas of further education in certain stages of their careers.

The further education of pedagogical employees at selected high school

The thesis deals with the further education of pedagogical employees at selected hight school. The work is divided into theoretical and empirical part. At the beginning of the first chapter are explained the basic terms. The next section is focused on legal framework that deal with further education. At the end of the theoretical part are presented some of the studies, which have already been conducted and which have investigated the opportunities of teacher´s further education and trends in that field in Czech republic and all over the world. The empirical part concentrates on the research and describes its implementation and the results and conclusions, which are derived from the research.
In-service education of teachers of economic subjects in secondary schools

The aim of this work is to analyze the current state of In-service education of teachers of economic subjects in secondary schools throughout the Czech Republic. The first part focuses on the theoretical knowledge in further education of teachers. The essence of the empirical part is the research project. Using the questionnaire survey I am trying to find out the current approach of teachers of economic subjects in secondary schools to further education. Based on this investigation (return of the questionnaire) I have managed to achieve 21% success rate. Based on the results of the investigation I have made suggestions and recommendations for pedagogical practice.
Further education of teachers at elementary school

This thesis describes education of teachers at elementary school with a view of legal regulation in this issue. Main attention is given on issues of qualification with concrete research at elementary school in Horní Slavkov. Main goal of my work was to define the status of qualification at the school and to compare it with average values in region and whole republic. Then I tried to find possibilities how to gain qualification for teachers in region and I suggested possible improvements. As method I used the analysis of data and questionnaire survey. In the thesis there are chapters about methods of education, remuneration of teachers and planned ganges in this issue. At the end I suggested some recommendations how to provide qualified staff at school.
