Cílem této práce je analyzovat současný stav dalšího vzdělávání učitelů ekonomických předmětů na středních školách po celé České republice. První část této práce je zaměřena na teoretické poznatky z oblasti dalšího vzdělávání učitelů. Podstatou empirické části je výzkumný projekt. Metodou dotazníkového šetření se snažím zjistit současný přístup učitelů ekonomických předmětů na středních školách k dalšímu vzdělávání. V rámci tohoto šetření (návratnost dotazníku) se mi podařilo dosáhnout úspěšnosti 21%. Na základě zjištěných výsledků šetření podávám návrhy a doporučení pro pedagogickou praxi. The aim of this work is to analyze the current state of In-service education of teachers of economic subjects in secondary schools throughout the Czech Republic. The first part focuses on the theoretical knowledge in further education of teachers. The essence of the empirical part is the research project. Using the questionnaire survey I am trying to find out the current approach of teachers of economic subjects in secondary schools to further education. Based on this investigation (return of the questionnaire) I have managed to achieve 21% success rate. Based on the results of the investigation I have made suggestions and recommendations for pedagogical practice.
