Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou systému dalšího vzdělávání pedagogických pracovníků na základní škole. V teoretické části práce jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy související s profesí pedagogických pracovníků a jejich dalším vzděláváním. Dále je v práci uveden přehled vývoje dalšího vzdělávání pedagogických pracovníků v ČR. Poslední část teoretického oddílu se zabývá systémem dalšího vzdělávání pedagogických pracovníků a jeho složkami. V empirické části práce je prezentován vlastní výzkum, který byl proveden na základní škole pomocí analýzy dokumentů a následného rozhovoru se zástupkyní ředitele školy. Vyhodnocená data z empirického výzkumu jsou v závěru práce srovnána s teoretickými předpoklady, které jsou v práci uvedeny. The theoretical part of thesis explains the basic concepts related to the profession of teachers and their further education. The next part provides an overview of the development of further education of teachers in the Czech Republic. The last part of the theoretical section deals with the system of further education for teachers and its components. In the empirical part of the thesis are presented the results of own research. The research was realized by the analysis of documents and interview with the deputy headmaster. In the end, the data analyzed from empirical research are compared with theoretical assumptions.
