Carbon Dioxide in Science Education (Study Aids for Grammar School)

Lucie Kristlová lucie.kristlova@gmail.com In this thesis the principles of Framework Educational Programme and method IBSE alias Inquiry Based Science Education were summarized. The results of international research PISA 2006 were evaluated. In 2006 the focus was on scientific literacy. In the theoretical part the study supporting documents on the theme Carbon Dioxide were worked up. The documents would serve teachers of Chemistry and Biology mainly at the grammar schools. Methodically processed materials were created such as presentation, worksheet and subject matter of chemical experiments with the inclusion of the author solutions. The worksheet was verified by pupils at grammar school.
Teaching of solo singing in primary schools of art

The diploma thesis focuses on teaching of solo singing at primary art schools according to the Framework Educational Programme. The aim of the work is to prove the need to synthesize professional and practical point of view on this field of study and provide a clear comprehensive material for future teachers of singing. Stating the records of attended lessons of singing and of my own taught lessons we show that the linking of the two views is for singing teaching practice experience required. The theoretical basis of the work are chapters that deal with interpretation of professional sub-folders singing with the methodological notes with respect to the expected outcomes from the Framework Educational Programme. In annex we present musical material that is the subject of training repertoire recorded singing lessons. The thesis contains a written record of the interview with the teacher of solo singing MgA. Creation of educational programs and editing possibilities

The Bachelor degree dissertion consists of the creation and possible changes in primary school educational programmes. Based on the knowledge of the conclusions of the thematic reports of the Czech School Inspectorate and the questionnaire survey mapping out the changes in school educational programmes and draws attention to their most frequent shortcomings. The research part of the dissertation focuses on the findings of the most frequently changed area of school educational programmes further to internal and external assessment. The frequency of the changes is subsequently compared with the assessment of compliance of school educational programmes with the Framework Education Programme for primary education of the Czech School Inspectorate. Further to the current situation a section is also included in the dissertation applying to the proposed amendment of the School Act applying to changes in the creation of framework educational and school educational programmes. The dissertation concludes with a draft concise manual for primary school headmasters containing recommendations for creating and changing school education programmes based on the experience of school headmasters and the assessments of the Czech School Inspectorate.
Christian Kindergarten

In my thesis I deal with the position of the Christian kindergarten in the system of pre-school education in the Czech Republic . I describe the historical development of the kindergarten as an institution. The development of pre-school children is assessed in terms of education, psychology and religion. Family and teacher are the basic partners in the lifelong patterns of shaping the personality of every child. The Christian kindergarten meets the same objectives as other pre-school facilities which are based on The Framework Education Programme. The difference between the Christian kindergarten and ordinary kindergarten is their founder and the Educational Programme which is oriented and adapted to the requirements of Christian education of pre-school children. The Christian kindergarten has a logical place and tradition in the system of pre-school education.
Traffic education in the context of physical education lessons

The theoretical part aims to clarify the concept of Traffic Education and informs the readers of its importance and goals. Moreover, it deals with the capacity of Traffic Education in terms of the Czech educational system. At the same, it mentions the pedagogical projects, traffic playgrounds and also the physical education, which has an effect on road users. The aim of the practical part is to find out, using the questionnaires, how much the schools pay attention to Traffic Education and whether the principles of traffic education are involved in P.E. classes. The practical part also includes a developed project for the fourth grades on teaching the traffic education on traffic playgrounds
Conception of Sex Education at 2nd Grade of Primary School

The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with historical transformations of sexuality in terms of philosophy. It also focuses on the biological, psychological and social conditions affecting the educational process. It includes a description of the historical development and current concepts of sex education enshrined in the Framework Educational Programme for Basic Education. This is followed by the methodology of sex education. The practical part deals with qualitative research, consisting of interviews with teachers of specific primary schools. --The legal nature of the curriculum documents of the Czech Republic's educational system

The legal nature of the curriculum documents of the Czech Republic's educational system ABSTRACT This thesis treats the selected set of curriculum documents within the Czech legal framework laid down by the Act No. 561/2004 Collection of Law, on Pre-school, Basic, Secondary, Tertiary Professional and Other Education (the Education Act), as amended. The focus aims towards the Framework Educational Programmes (FEP) and School Educational Programmes (SEP), for which the relevant FEPs were issued. The National Educational Programme according to the Education Act as amended effective until 30. September 2020 is also taken into consideration on a theoretical level. In the times of expecting considerable state-level curriculum documents contents changes, and consequent changes on the school level, this thesis aims to analyse substantial legal aspects of each type of curriculum documents and their mutual effects and to assess, whether the current legal framework reflects their presumed use and meaning appropriately. With that goal, the key notions are defined first though and a brief insight into the curriculum historical development is provided. Entrance knowledge and ideas about continents of pupils of younger school age

This diploma thesis deals with the level of entry knowledge and ideas about continents of pupils of younger school age. The aim of this thesis is to investigate complex ideas and knowledge of pupils about continents through a single research conducted in the fourth and fifth grades of three primary schools. The research date is further analysed. It will focus on the source from which children learn the information; quality, accuracy, character, extent of this knowledge, and the emotional plane of cognition and preconception. The evaluation of the research as well as the key task of the work is to analyze the difference of pupils' results by individual schools, to compare the results of the fourth and fifth grades and, last but not least, to compare the level of knowledge of boys and girls. The result of the didactic application of research data, in the practical part of the thesis, is the creation of educational material in the form of project teaching for the fourth and fifth grades of primary schools. The content of the thesis is structured into five sub-units. The research part is preceded by the theoretical part, containing the theoretical starting points of the thesis and discussion with the literature related to the given issue. The second, methodological part, introduces the subject, course and processing of the research, including applied research methods and methods used in the practical part of the thesis. The core of the work is the research part which summarizes the collected data and informs about the results of the survey. The research is followed by the practical part which includes the proposal of own project teaching for the fourth and fifth grade of primary school. The final part confirms and rejects the input hypotheses of the research.
