Tato práce se zaměřuje na diskurz o budoucnosti týkající se extrémních výkyvů počasí a klimatických změn. Pomocí diskurzivní analýzy zkoumá, jakým způsobem je budoucnost predikována v politickém a mediálním diskurzu a také v příspěvcích klimatických aktivistů na sociálních sítích. Analyzovaný politický diskurz obsahuje části projevu prezidenta Bidena a slyšení výboru Senátu Spojených států amerických. Mediální diskurz je ilustrován analýzami dvou článků ze zpravodajských médií a YouTube videa z kanálu magazínu The Economist. Zatímco analýza politického diskurzu v této práci zdůrazňuje rétorické prvky, modalitu a persvazi, analýza mediálního diskurzu se zaměřuje i na senzacionalismus v nadpisech článků a obrázcích. Prostředky, jako jsou například rétorika, modalita a senzacionalismus, přispívají k ovlivňování a případné manipulaci publika. Cílem této práce je posoudit, jak politici, média a klimatičtí aktivisté ovlivňují vnímání budoucnosti a jakou roli mohou mít při vyvolávání klimatické úzkosti.

Determinants of economic security building block of well-being of university students

This bachelor thesis is dedicated to the topic of a comprehensive examination of the relationship between economic security and the well-being of university students. The aim of the thesis is to determine how financial stability, financial literacy, and other economic factors affect psychological and physical well-being. Everything is placed in the context of the current economic and social conditions, which are constantly changing. Global and geopolitical events that have influenced the view on well-being as such in recent years and forced the population to reconsider priorities and the way of perceiving security and overall well-being are mentioned aswell. The theoretical part of the thesis addresses individual concepts and current trends in well-being, for example, the PERMA+4 model, which expands well-being to include economic security. Everything is set in the context of influencing overall well-being in connection with financial literacy and financial stability. Subsequently, the theoretical part discusses factors that affect economic security, such as proper management of financial resources, financial literacy, or investments. Residential Complex on the Red Hill in Brno

The aim of this bachelor‘s thesis is to design a residential complex on Red Hill in Brno. The design will take into account the trends of contemporary residential architecture and offer possible solutions to the current housing crisis. The site is located on the border of the densely built-up area of Štýřice and nature, and currently houses a garden colony. The design uses the form of cooperative housing, which is supported by a system of variable layouts of individual apartment buildings and villas. This gives future residents the opportunity to intervene in the construction and configure the house according to their own ideas. The houses utilize the sloping terrain by being embedded into the ground. The entire complex is connected by a park with a retention pond, a children‘s playground, a workout, a community garden, and a lookout tower. The residential function of the complex is complemented by a multifunctional building with a café and rental spaces. The design reflects the vision of future living based on flexible layouts, sustainability, and support for diversity.

The aim of my work is to reflect expression coincidence that reflects the theoretical basis of cellular automata and quantum mechanics. I think that art should point to examples of accurate knowledge and in this way spread among potential viewers. This is how I try to get closer to the subjective utopian society WERP-VEGA. I am not entirely convinced that fine arts can change the political situation or address fundamental civilization complications, but I believe that art is able to predict freely one of the possible scenarios of the future because one is only able to do what he can imagine.

The Students themselves - Student Center Poříčí

The aim of this work is solution of the area of the corners of streets Vídeňská and Táborského nábřeží by program of student housing and canteen for a total capacity of two hundred persons. The proposed project draws from a location on the river and the historical context of three monasteries in the area, which offers a typological study of the monasteries, and works with the architectural vision of the Tower of Babel. The main elements of the concept is a ramp through the entire building, which serves as a platform for the student social life.

The Shape Study of a Tractor

Topic: futuristic tractor In my work I focused on the design of heavy tractor plow in the future between 15-20 years. The main aim was to provide a solution that would undertake the issue of adaptation to different working conditions in which the tractor is moving. Adaptivnost was therefore my main goal. Specifically, I focused on balancing the tractor with respect to the driver (cab should ideally be in the middle between the wheels and as low as possible to reduce fluctuations cab drivers are very annoying and negatively affects driving performance on the tractor) . This position is ideal for traveling, but not to work in small spaces and manipulate the front or rear aggregate when the requirements for the best visibility from the cab. Already in my sketches the main idea is evident when the tractor acts as a "compact housing", which change their length and position of the cab as required. For longer rides, such as dragging the machine back on the field, to extend the chassis cab and go down to the lowest position, thus creating an imaginary triangle (between the cabin and wheels), the lower base of the triangle is the longest and therefore the focus is what the lowest. Conversely for handling in a small space tractor chassis to "withdraw" - the smallest turning radius, while the cab driver to go and see better under the wheels, even on the front unit. As for power, and under current trends, it is considered that in the future will be the most efficient diesel-electric propulsion. Revitalization Program of Floral Garden in Kromeriz

THE GARDEN IN A CRISIS The first problem. Moving the entrance from the rotunda axis in the north to the area where the farmyard surrounded by greenhouses is situated. The consequence of this step was destruction of the conception of a floral garden and further, confusion of a visitor caused by the new and excentric garden entrance. The second problem. The original noble fill of the forefield has been perfectly cleaned, including the structure. Therefore the courtyard of honour is wedged in the two huge unspecific areas. The third problem. The nineteenth century is gone. Nowadays visitor is hard to please and unconcentrated. THE CONCEPTION Revitalisation and amendment of the forefield structure concept in subareas is both practical and it offers the esthetic quality which was lost. In relation to the axis of the garden, the area is adversely divided by some new buildings. These functional stripes make the optical barriers and they are clear in their axis. There are minimaly two six smaller areas created out of two bigger ones. Moving the main entrance from the courtyard to the rotunda center line means a possibility for the garden to step out towards its future development without some drastic changes in a objects which are part of a monument conservation but not functionally defined any more. The more, the garden gets its lost axiality, sense and a story about men's journey again. The application of the principles of the baroque garden in filling of the forefield gardens is either wrong or not considered properly. Polarized (and polar) gardens offer extreme positions of two contradictory trends. A superframed garden made by the nowadays technology versus a grove of wisdom where the nature is both a constructor and an architect. All of this with a baroque garden somewhere in its centre.

Design of a passenger Quadcopter

The subject of this master‘s thesis is the design of a passenger quadcopter, which is intended for transporting two passengers and luggage. Diploma thesis includes an analysis of the existing products and deals with further direction in the solved topic. The goal of this thesis is to create a conceptual design that respects the technical, ergonomic and aesthetic requirements. The proposal itself offers possible direction of autonomous passenger quadcopters in the future.

In form of 3D animation the thesis depicts the steps of mankind towards the expansion of civilization beyond planet Earth. Chronologically it exposes essential moments of technological development (in major) preceding the journey for the distant planets. Images of today's state of civilization are combined with constructions of former theoretical concepts and with fully fictitious elements to form visuals illustrating the roadmap to extraterrestrial expansion.
