Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu komplexního zkoumání vztahu mezi ekonomickým zabezpečením a well-beingem studentů vysokých škol. Cílem práce je zjistit jakým způsobem finanční stabilita, finanční gramotnost a další ekonomické faktory ovlivňují psychickou a fyzickou pohodu. Vše je postaveno do kontextu s ekonomickými a sociálními podmínkami současnosti, které se neustále mění. Zmíněny jsou i globální a geopolitické události, které v posledních letech ovlivnily náhled na well-being jako takový a donutily obyvatelstvo přehodnotit priority a způsob vnímání bezpečí a celkové pohody. Teoretická část práce se věnuje jednotlivým konceptům a aktuálním proudům well-beingu, příkladem může být model PERMA+4, který právě rozšiřuje well-being o téma ekonomického zabezpečení a ovlivnění celkového well-beingu v souvislosti s finanční gramotností a finanční stabilitou. Následně jsou v teoretické části rozebrány faktory, které ekonomické bezpečí ovlivňují, jako příklad si můžeme uvést správné řízení finančních zdrojů nebo finanční gramotnost či investic. Tato část dále poskytuje i hodnocení rizik a nástrah nástrojů finančního trhu a stručné návody pro dosažení lepšího ekonomického bezpečí, z obecného i studentského pohledu. This bachelor thesis is dedicated to the topic of a comprehensive examination of the relationship between economic security and the well-being of university students. The aim of the thesis is to determine how financial stability, financial literacy, and other economic factors affect psychological and physical well-being. Everything is placed in the context of the current economic and social conditions, which are constantly changing. Global and geopolitical events that have influenced the view on well-being as such in recent years and forced the population to reconsider priorities and the way of perceiving security and overall well-being are mentioned aswell. The theoretical part of the thesis addresses individual concepts and current trends in well-being, for example, the PERMA+4 model, which expands well-being to include economic security. Everything is set in the context of influencing overall well-being in connection with financial literacy and financial stability. Subsequently, the theoretical part discusses factors that affect economic security, such as proper management of financial resources, financial literacy, or investments.
