Digitization and new methods of training workers

The diploma thesis deals with the issues and possibilities of further professional education at the workplace in the context of digitization. This brings new possibilities for the development of workers and modern tools for further education, which has been affected by social and economic changes in the last few years - especially the covid-19 pandemic. Continuing education and workforce development at this time naturally enabled the transition to an online environment and are currently a key technology for workforce education and development. Companies are currently mainly using hybrid tools that combine face-to-face and online elements of education and learning. It also works to develop employees' digital and specific professional competencies. On the basis of these theoretical starting points, which are elaborated in the theoretical part of the work, research was conducted with a focus on the identification and analysis of educational methods at the workplaces of the selected company. A View on Reflection in Nursing and Social Work Education

In times of dynamic social changes and uncertainty, reflective practice becomes crucial for social work and nursing. This dissertation examines the epistemological foundations and the multidimensional nature of reflection within professional education from various theoretical perspectives tested through original empirical findings, which aim to prevent the reduction of reflection to a mere technique and instead promote dialogue, interdisciplinary cooperation, and participatory methods. Drawing on phenomenological and critical constructivist approaches deepens the understanding of educators' individual and collective experiences and reflective practices. The structure of the thesis corresponds to three empirical phases. The first phase investigates the characteristics of reflection and its developmental potential using SRIS and PHLMS questionnaires. The second phase, encompassing reflexive thematic analysis of interviews, addresses educators' views on reflection and their methods of promoting reflectivity among students. In the third phase, the work employs Q methodology to process and analyze various perspectives on reflection among educators. Training and Development of Employees in the ICT Sector

Training and development of employees is one of the key personnel activities. This bachelor thesis deals with the subject of training and development of employees in the specific environment of information and communication technologies sector. This thesis determines three characteristics of this sector concerning its features and human resources structure, which are set in the context of corporate education. The purpose of the conducted case study is to examine the influence of three chosen characteristics on the form of training and development of employees in this sector. The most important conclusion is identified as the growing importance of soft skills of technology-oriented professionals. Another important outcome of the case study is the tendency of companies to focus on training and development of young talented employees. The emphasis is put especially on organization of pre-gradual education within the company and the career management of selected employees. This bachelor thesis Qualifications according to the needs of the time deals with the lifelong learning, its main idea and the main signs of the society of knowledge. It deals with the kinds and division of lifelong learning. Further the strategic documents are pointed out, on which is the main conception of this thesis, based on. The second part describes the concept of lifelong learning in Czech Republic. Here the main goals of lifelong learning are described and the way of cooperation of the systems and organizations, which are involved in its realization. The last part of this bachelor thesis is directed on the interview analysis. Here is shortly characterized the methodology of quantum research followed by its evaluation. The interviews were made with the employers in security services, who have the biggest experiences with lifelong learning in Czech Republic.
Analysis of Czech and German secondary vocational education

The bachelor thesis "Analysis of Czech and German secondary vocational education" deals with the educational systems in both countries, focusing on secondary vocational education. In the first part of the paper, educational systems of both countries are presented in relation to the legislative framework as well as to the political debate on their possible changes. In the second part of the thesis, both systems of the secondary vocational education are thoroughly analyzed. The third part of the thesis consists of a case study that describes the collaboration between the company Gerresheimer Horšovský Týn and the Vocational School Domažlice. This cooperation leads to the adoption of some elements of German dual education system (Duale Ausbildung) into the Czech system of vocational education. At this point, the analysis is accompanied also by the examination of the reflection of this activity in the local newspaper called Domažlický deník. The thesis deals with comparison of the supply and demand in the area of vocational education of the beginning directors of nursery schools in relation to the uneasy period at the beginning of their accession to the position. The present time full of changes and opportunities favours those who are prepared and these may subsequently manage to find their bearings better and faster. The theoretical part of the thesis is based on the specialized literature, law acts and further sources available. The practical part analyses the knowledge gathered by questionnaire survey, in which one type of the questionnaire was prepared for the directors of nursery schools who are less than two years in their position, and the second type was aimed at the educational institutions. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first deals with the theoretical view of the vocational education, its development and specifics. The next section describes the differences between education of adults and children. Then the work is focused on the personality of the lector and didactic process, its aims, methods, forms and tools. To conclude the theoretical part summarizes the principle of feedback. The second part is summarized of research where respondents are lectors themselves. From research we know how much are they competent to exercise the profession of lecturers from the point of view of teaching, respectively didactic. The research used the questionnaire with closed and open questions.
Analysis of educational needs of kindergarten employees in the field of children's meals

The work focuses on the issue of vocational education in the field of nutrition and nutritional needs of kindergarten children and aims to identify the educational needs of kindergarten employees in this area. Then the work compares the educational needs of teachers and school canteen staff. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and analytical. The theoretical one deals with the definition in terms of placing the issue in the context of lifelong learning, the specifics of adult education, competencies, vocational education and the introduction of the topic of education in kindergartens. At the same time, educational needs are defined and the related definition of the analysis of educational needs, theoretical approaches to the issue and the cycle of systematic education. The second part, analytical, deals with the evaluation of a questionnaire survey conducted among teachers and school canteen staff in kindergartens, which focuses on the analysis of educational needs of employees in the field of nutrition and nutritional needs of children and the differences between these groups. 1 ABSTRACT Participation on occupational health and safety training is one of the basic duties in the field of professional education of employees. With respect to the fact that the law imposes an obligation on employers to provide this training but does not specify its form any further, e-learning is becoming an indivisible part of completing the requirements in this field. This thesis will execute a thorough theoretical look into three major parts which are professional education, e-learning and occupational health and safety training, which are linked together throughout the selected chapters. The empirical part depicts a data analysis and results of a research investigation that was executed through a standardized questionnaire in collaboration with respondents who acquired direct experience with a training in the field of occupational health and safety in e-learning form. The questionnaire was conceived and published at the end of an e-learning training in collaboration with a company providing complex services in the field of occupational health and safety, a significant part of which is based on the aforementioned e-learning courses. In the first, theoretical part of the thesis, the author deals with education and training of criminalistic technicians of the Military Police in the context demarcating basic theoretical concepts from the area of further professional education, brief introduction to the structure of the Military Police and clarification of basic concepts from the area of criminalistic and technical activities of the Military Police. The aim of the second, practical part of the thesis, is to analyze the current professional education of criminalistic technicians of the Military Police with a focus on their needs.
