1 ABSTRAKT Účast na školení bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci je jednou ze základních povinností v oblasti profesního vzdělávání zaměstnanců. S ohledem na skutečnost, že zákon zaměstnavatelům ukládá povinnost školení zajistit, ale již nespecifikuje jeho formu, stává se tak e-learning nedílnou součástí plnění požadavků v této oblasti. Diplomová práce provede podrobný teoretický vhled do tří prioritních částí, tedy profesního vzdělávání, e-learningu a bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci, které jsou vybranými kapitolami vzájemně provázány. Empirická část představuje analýzu dat a výsledky výzkumného šetření, které bylo prostřednictvím standardizovaného dotazníku realizováno ve spolupráci s respondenty, kteří mají přímou zkušenost se školením v oblasti bezpečnosti práce formou e-learningu. Dotazník byl koncipován a zveřejněn na závěr e-learningového kurzu v kooperaci se společností zajišťující komplexní služby v oblasti bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci, jejíž podstatnou část tvoří právě zmíněné e-learningové kurzy. Zpracovaná data a výsledky výzkumného šetření slouží pro naplnění cíle práce, tedy přípravy návrhu intervence na zlepšení zákonných školení formou e-learningových kurzů, za účelem maximalizace pozitivního vnímání a jejich přínosu pro zaměstnance, zaměstnavatele i poskytovatele školení v... 1 ABSTRACT Participation on occupational health and safety training is one of the basic duties in the field of professional education of employees. With respect to the fact that the law imposes an obligation on employers to provide this training but does not specify its form any further, e-learning is becoming an indivisible part of completing the requirements in this field. This thesis will execute a thorough theoretical look into three major parts which are professional education, e-learning and occupational health and safety training, which are linked together throughout the selected chapters. The empirical part depicts a data analysis and results of a research investigation that was executed through a standardized questionnaire in collaboration with respondents who acquired direct experience with a training in the field of occupational health and safety in e-learning form. The questionnaire was conceived and published at the end of an e-learning training in collaboration with a company providing complex services in the field of occupational health and safety, a significant part of which is based on the aforementioned e-learning courses.
