Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou a možnostmi dalšího profesního vzdělávání na pracovišti v kontextu digitalizace. Ta přináší nové možnosti rozvoje pracovníků a moderní nástroje dalšího vzdělání, které bylo v několika posledních letech ovlivněno společenskými a hospodářskými změnami - zejména pandemií covid-19. Další vzdělávání a rozvoj pracovníků v této době přirozeně umožňovaly přechod na on-line prostředí a v současné době jsou klíčovou technologií pro vzdělávání a rozvoj pracovníků. Firmy aktuálně využívají zejména hybridní nástroje, které kombinují prezenční a on-line prvky edukace a učení. Rovněž působí na rozvoj digitálních a specifických profesních kompetencí zaměstnanců. Na základě těchto teoretických východisek, která jsou zpracována v teoretické části práce, byl proveden výzkum se zaměřením na identifikaci a analýzu vzdělávacích metod na pracovištích u vybrané firmy. Cílem výzkumu bylo popsat nejčastěji využívané platformy a metody dalšího profesního vzdělávání a rozvoje pracovníků s důrazem na přístup a technickou podporu firem. Zároveň se výzkum zaměřuje na sledování vlivu pandemie covid-19 na další vzdělávání v kontextu rozvoje digitálních kompetencí u zaměstnanců firem a jejich integraci do podnikových procesů. The diploma thesis deals with the issues and possibilities of further professional education at the workplace in the context of digitization. This brings new possibilities for the development of workers and modern tools for further education, which has been affected by social and economic changes in the last few years - especially the covid-19 pandemic. Continuing education and workforce development at this time naturally enabled the transition to an online environment and are currently a key technology for workforce education and development. Companies are currently mainly using hybrid tools that combine face-to-face and online elements of education and learning. It also works to develop employees' digital and specific professional competencies. On the basis of these theoretical starting points, which are elaborated in the theoretical part of the work, research was conducted with a focus on the identification and analysis of educational methods at the workplaces of the selected company. The aim of the research was to describe the most frequently used platforms and methods of further professional education and development of workers with an emphasis on the approach and technical support of companies.
