The objective of this thesis is to increase the competitiveness of the company “Wine and other goodies” by creating new marketing strategies. For development of a new strategy I will start from analyzing of the current strategy. The work is divided into three main parts. The first part deals with the theoretical background, the second part focuses on the presentation and analysis of the current situation and the last so called „recommendation part” - formulates a draft of the marketing strategy to increase profits, gain new clients but also retain existing customers.

This thesis decribes the setting up of a business plan for coffee shop, which besides quality coffee, targets customers suffering from celiac disease (gluten-free assortment). The aim of this thesis is to create a real business plan. For this purpose, the data for the creation of financial plan were based on real datas. In the end of this thesis the success of the established business plan is evaluated.

The business plan was created on the basis of theoretical knowledge, analyzes of external and internal environment of the company and also on the basis of a survey. Survey was led by a questionnaire. The business plan itself includes a financial and a marketing plan. It will be used to decide whether to start a business or not.

The thesis deals with the proposal of a business plan for the establishment of a company engaged in production and sale of confectionery products in the Rožnov region. To enter this relatively small but highly competitive market, a differentiation path is chosen, in particular by selling traditional and fair desserts in a home-based thematic patisserie. Another planned distribution route is the sale of coffee and selected products from a mobile stand in front of the fourth most visited museum in the Czech Republic. For the compilation of the business plan, information and data from books and online resources are used as well as data from the analysis of the company's external and internal environment. The business plan proposal itself includes a description of the company's concepts and plans, including the prediction of the financial situation of the future business.

Based on a variety of analytical approaches, this paper proposes marketing plan of e-commerce for the entry into foreign market. Both external and internal environmental factors are analysed and are used for SWOT analysis. The paper also analyses different communication channels of digital marketing which the monitored business currently use. It contains proposals to improve their efficient utilisation. The outcome is the design of complex communication mix in the digital environment, along with the specification of its individual phases when entering a new market.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to analyse the recent situation of marketing activities of the chosen company and to draw up a marketing plan. The thesis describes the theoretical background related to the marketing planning and analysis of the individual parts of the marketing plan. Based on the analysis, the marketing goals and the business strategies are set. The elements of the current marketing mix are evaluated and improved. The marketing plan also contains programs of planned activities, budgets and the control performance. The thesis primarily pays attention to the marketing plan to be applicable in practice.
