Diplomová práce se zabývá sestavením podnikatelského plánu na kavárnu, která mimo kvalitní kávy cílí na zákazníky trpící celiakií (bezlepkový sortiment). Záměrem diplomové práce je vytvořit reálný podnikatelský plán. Za tímto účelem vycházely data pro sestavení finančního plánu z reálných dat. V závěru diplomové práce je zhodnocena úspěšnost sestaveného podnikatelského záměru. This thesis decribes the setting up of a business plan for coffee shop, which besides quality coffee, targets customers suffering from celiac disease (gluten-free assortment). The aim of this thesis is to create a real business plan. For this purpose, the data for the creation of financial plan were based on real datas. In the end of this thesis the success of the established business plan is evaluated.
