These are services that will help predominantly the last years of primary school pupils to determine which career paths to go further The business plan includes the process of establishing the company, defining the market environment, competition, marketing and promotional strategy along with the sales concept. The financial plan evaluates the economic success of the proposed business. Subsequently, the results of the work are useful as a basis for the company executives as well as for product and service creators.
Implementation of career counseling at secondary vocational schools and the Labor Office in the Karlovy Vary region

Rigorous work on the topic of Implementation of career counseling at secondary vocational schools and the Labor Office in the Karlovy Vary region deals in the research part with ontogenetic aspects in the period of adolescence in the context of choosing a profession. The personality of the adolescent individual is taken into account, while social-psychological factors in the process of transitioning to the labor market are included. One of the chapters deals with career concepts. Subsequently, options for career counseling at the level of secondary vocational schools and the Labor Office of the Czech Republic are addressed. In the empirical part of the work, the set research goals are fulfilled. The fulfillment of the set goals consists in the verification of cooperation in career counseling at secondary vocational schools and the Labor Office in the Karlovy Vary Region. In this context, the actual implementation of career counseling at individual levels and the use of these services by pupils is verified. Questionnaire methods at the level of secondary vocational schools and semi-structured interview methods at contact workplaces of the Labor Office are used for the research investigation. This bachelor thesis addresses the issue of the career counseling within organizations. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the topic of career, its historical development and current conceptions of career. Further it deals with the topic of career counseling, its historical development and some key concepts and approaches. One of areas where can be career counseling applied is organizational context. Career counseling is a part of a wider career support that can be provided by organizations to their employees. Bachelor thesis summarize how can be career counseling in organizations utilized, which are its goals in the organizational context and how it relates to another activities of career management. Applied part of the thesis proposes the project of the research with the objective of developing a questionnaire that could measure the need of the use of the career counseling within organizations.
The importance and possibilities of career guidance

The aim of this diploma thesis entitled "The importance and possibilities of career guidance" was to find out and describe the position of a career adviser and the possibilities and barriers of career guidance. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts, namely: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on three main thematic units. In the first chapter, the concept of career guidance is defined, target groups, forms, diagnosis, limits, possibilities and barriers of career guidance are listed. The second chapter is devoted to a career adviser, code of ethics, competences, specializations, work activities and psychohygiene for career advisers. The third chapter is focused on education of career advisers and their further education. The methodology of the research investigation is described in the practical part. A case study was chosen as the research design. Data were collected through in-depth semi-structured interviews with three career advisers. The Use of Roznov Art Therapy in Career Counseling

The bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of two disciplines contributing to the development of human self-knowledge and increasing the quality of his life; art therapy and career counseling. The first part deals with the theoretical definition of these disciplines, describes their starting points and specifics of the Rožnov approach in art therapy and the sociodynamic concept of career counseling. On the other level, they follow their identical and different features. The aim of the thesis is to find the source topics and the way of their interpretation so that the art therapy effect is enriching for the process of career counseling with individual clients.
Self-awareness and its Development through Public Policy as a Factor in Choice of Upper Secondary School Programme

In recent years, the topic of people's employability on the labour market has become increasingly important in the context of its dynamic transformation due to globalisation and technological progress. The way to prepare young people in education and the adult population for these changes is the subject of career guidance worldwide. Surprisingly, this topic is currently not very resonating among the actors in the Czech Republic and is not considered as a priority of educational policy, even though it is a major focus of European educational strategies. The objective of this dissertation is to gain insight into the beliefs held by the actors in the Czech educational system regarding the topics addressed by career guidance. The dissertation uses data from the 2019 Delphi survey among the actors in education and applies a phenomenographic approach for its secondary analysis. Based on The Advocacy Coalition Framework, this thesis also aims to discover if it is possible to identify certain opinion groups among these actors. The result of this research offers a map of actors' perceptions on this issue. Vocational education in the context of career preferences during the Covid pandemia and in the previous period.

The diploma thesis on the topic of vocational education in the context of career preferences during the Covid pandemic and in the previous period deals in the first part with the specification of the concept of vocational education and then describes the development of vocational education in the Czech Republic. The current state of vocational education with opportunities in the educational path of students is mentioned here. The work is further focused on the socio-psychological concept in the choice of profession for students. The factors and actors who enter the choice of profession are listed. The empirical part of the work addresses the preferences in the choice of profession in the reflection of the Covid period. Changing preferences of students entering the labor market are identified. The diploma thesis verifies the assumptions about the change of preferences when choosing a profession and these are determined on the basis of a questionnaire method. Questionnaires were sent to students of secondary vocational schools in the Karlovy Vary region. Perceptions of students' preferences in choosing a profession were also ascertained among secondary vocational school teachers in the same region. The Family Influence over Choosing an Occupation of Elementary School Pupils

RESUME The times based on one individual's decision about which school to study to be able to choose further continuous and smooth career path has been over. As a result of current global and local social changes everybody should be prepared to the every possible change in career. Nevertheless the first choice of career is still an important milestone and can direct the individual career, but it is not the only key milestone, that determines the individual career once and for ever. People in contemporary world should be able to respond quickly to constant changes, evaluate new situations and be able to make the right decisions. The widespread myth is that success means to raise money as quickly as possible to guarantee the freedom and happiness. But a real success is a contented life, which is a long way over such values as for example certainty that we are doing the work that we like and which fills us with satisfaction. Individual goal is to focus on the abilities and skills so that the decision directs to such a career path where one will be able to optimally exploit one's potential in a future career.
