Diplomová práce je podnikatelským návrhem pro založení podnikání v oblasti psychologicko-kariérních testů. Jedná se o takové služby, které pomohou převážně posledním ročníkům žáků základních škol určit, jakým kariérním směrem se dále ubírat. Návrh podnikatelského záměru zahrnuje postup založení společnosti, vymezuje tržní prostředí, konkurenci, marketingovou a propagační strategii spolu s prodejní koncepcí. Na základě finančního plánu hodnotí ekonomickou úspěšnost navrženého podnikání. Výsledky práce jsou následně užitečné, jako podklad pro jednatele společnosti, zároveň též pro tvůrce produktů a služeb. The diploma thesis is a business proposal for the establishment of a business in the field of psychological-career testing. These are services that will help predominantly the last years of primary school pupils to determine which career paths to go further The business plan includes the process of establishing the company, defining the market environment, competition, marketing and promotional strategy along with the sales concept. The financial plan evaluates the economic success of the proposed business. Subsequently, the results of the work are useful as a basis for the company executives as well as for product and service creators.
