Adaptation of teaching staff in kindergartens

The aim of this thesis to describe the adaptation process. The theoretical part to preserve the ntegrity of the topic briefly decribes the stages of development of the technical terms (personnel administration, personnel management, human resources) and human aktivity. The main part is focused on the adaptation process, defining the objectives of the adaptation process, species adaptation and the factors influencing an adaptation process, Following part of this chapter is dedicated to the participants of the adaptation process, the adaptation plan and feedback, which is an essential and integral component of the adaptation proces. The research is focused on the adaptation process of teachers in kindergartens. The research method is a survey and subsequent interviews with several randomly selected Director kindergartens. The result of the survey is to determine the course of adaptation in kindergartens and directors approach to this issue. Workers's adaptation in a small organization

Dissertation deals with an analysis of an adaptation process in a small organization. It handles placing of the adaptation process into a context of human resources activities. Individual areas of the adaptation are specified - working adaptation, social adaptation and adaptation to a company culture. Also aims of the adaptation, factors influencing the process of adaptation in the company, planning and management of the adaptation are specified. The process of adaptation, elements and tools used during creation of the adaptation process are described. The dissertation includes the survey analyzing the process of adaptation in small organizations and describes the specifics identified.
Socializing processes during the child's adaptation in the kindergarten

The dissertation is concerned with socializing processes of pre-school children around three years of age. The first theoretical part is globally concerned with personality socialization and highlights the significance of socialization in the healthy psychical progression of human beings, as well as the importance of understanding the problems of socialization for the pedagogical profession. This knowledge is specific and generalized in a situational context when the child comes to the kindergarten for the first time and gets slowly untied from the family, developing new relationships outside the family sphere. Socialization in the kindergarten is influenced by many internal and external factors. These factors matter if the child coming to the new kindergarten environment will incorporate to this society without any complications. If any complications appear during the incorporation, internal and external factors also influence the period how long they will last and also they influence the manner how the child will manage them as well. Promoting adaptation of children in early childhood in pre-school education in Denmark and Germany

This diploma thesis deals with an issue of a support of an early-age child in pre-school education in Denmark and Germany. The aim of the thesis is to analyse framework conditions as well as used approaches of pre-school institutions in early-age children adaptation in pre-school institutions in Germany and Denmark. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part deals with pre-school education in context with the systems in Denmark and Germany, with the characteristics of educational systems in these countries, an early-age child development and an issue of an early-age child adaptation in a pre-school institution. The aim of the empiric part of the thesis is to analyse the conditions, personnel securing and adaptation programmes usage in three selected foreign pre-school institutions. The empiric part provides the aims of the research, research questions and methods that were used in the research construction. Furthermore, it specifies three selected pre-school institutions (one in Denmark, two in Germany), characterises their space and material conditions and daily timetables for early-age children. Care about climate of classes at primary school

The diploma thesis assesses the effectiveness of selected forms of care for classroom climate. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with class and school climate and explains what factors influence them positively. It describes the risky periods and situations at the primary school, in which the pupil's adaptation problems may occur. Shows adaptation programs as a form of care classroom climate. The practical part investigates how two concrete schools react to risk periods and situations at the primary school and how do they try to prevent adaptation problems. It also includes the action research on the process of creation, implementation and reflection of adaptation stays for pupils of the third and first year of primary school. It presents the observation of two adaptation programs in two different primary schools. In interviews with teachers from both primary schools surveyed summarizes how teachers perceive the impact of climate adaptation programs in classrooms. It deals with activities in adaptation programs that focus on cooperation between pupils. At the end of the practical part there are methodological instructions for the preparation of adaptation programs for beginning teachers. Adaptation to kindergarten and appropriate activities for four-year-olds and younger children

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of child adaptation into the kindergarten environment, particularly children four years old and younger. Special attention is given to games and activities that strengthen the relationship of the child with the teacher or the other kids and strengthen the security of the child in his new environment. In the theoretical part, the student will focus on the preschool-aged child's socialization and the aspects related to his transition from a family environment into the wider environment of a kindergarten school. The main objective of the study, which is part of the thesis, is to find out about the adaptation process with three to four-year-old children entering kindergarten and what factors influence this process. The practical part of the thesis presents three case studies of children between the ages of three and four, who start going to the kindergarten for their first time, focusing on adaptation in the kindergarten. The survey was conducted by a combination of interviews with parents, the child, the principal of the kindergarten school and by observing the child directly in the kindergarten.
