Adaptation process in the organization on the example of the selected organizations

The diploma thesis deals with the adaptation process of new staff in the university hospital and in other two selected organizations. The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the adaptation process within the university hospital and several other organizations based on an empirical research with the aim to propose changes to the process. The theoretical part deals with human resources management, legislative definitions related to the establishment of employment and a specific definition of the concept of adaptation, course and duration of adaptation, adaptation process, adaptation plan, work, social and cultural adaptation and employee education. The second chapter focuses on the corporate identity, the culture of the organization, including the vision, mission and code of ethics, with which the new employee must become acquainted and identify during the adaptation process. This diploma thesis deals with the issues related to the quality management system in the field of secondary education, specifically in relation to the provision of education with an apprenticeship certificate. The quality management system is mostly associated with the private sector as a production process. However, the quality of services is as important as the quality of products. Quality management has also been known to the public sector for several years. Also state administration organizations, local authorities, universities, etc. deal with the quality management system. Secondary schools should certainly not be excluded from this sphere, as it is a necessary part of the school education system. The quality of the education provided, its course and results should undoubtedly be systematically managed. The first part of the thesis contains the definition of basic concepts focused on education and the school education system, defining quality, quality management methods (ISO, TQM, EFQM, CAF) and the principles of quality management in education. The diploma thesis deals with the job satisfaction of pedagogical employees working in elementary and high schools in the Vysočina Region. The main goal of the thesis is to ascertain how are the pedagogical employees in the elementary and high schools of the Vysočina District overall satisfied with individual aspects of the selected outside factors of job satisfaction. The next goal of the thesis is to compare job satisfaction of pedagogical employees in the individual aspects of the selected outside factors. In the theoretical part, the thesis is focused on the theories of job satisfactions and the relationship between job satisfaction and work performance. Furthermore, the thesis deals with selected outside factors, which influence job satisfaction. The investigation is carried out in the selected elementary and high schools in the Vysočina Region. To obtain the necessary data, a non-standardized questionnaire of job satisfaction was created, which was then filled in by 149 teachers of both elementary and high schools in the Vysočina Region. This diploma thesis deals with the topic of career in teaching, which has many specific characteristics compared to the classical concept of career. The thesis focuses on the group of kindergarten teachers who stand at the beginning of the education system as important influencers on the life-long educational journey of each of us. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the view of the kindergarten teacher career by teachers and principals and to look for support from the school management level. The theoretical part deals with three basic areas, which are professional development, professional career and career system. The first chapter shows the connection between the professional development of teachers and their career, it also focuses on its individual components, especially continual education of teachers. The diploma thesis entitled The Strategy of Human Resource Management in Kindergartens and Primary Schools has the main goal of comparing the differences in the strategic management of human resources in kindergartens and primary schools. The thesis defines human resources management as a modern form of personnel work, emphasizes the importance of strategic management and analyzes standard forms and methods of human resources management. It deals with the strategic management of human resources in education and in this context shows the specifics of human resource management in kindergartens and primary schools. It also defines human resource management in education, what are the prerequisites for successful management and strategy development. Human resources management in terms of public and private secondary schools

The theoretical and empirical work focuses on human resources management with the aim to capture and analyze for a selected sample of heads of public and private secondary schools information on specific human resource management in educational organizations, focusing on possible differences in approach to human resource management according to the legal form of these schools. In the theoretical part, attention is focused on the key concepts of human resources management focusing on educational organizations. The research part uses a theoretical-empirical method to answer the research three questions, which includes an analysis of the literature and a research consisting of semi-structured interviews with three selected principals of secondary public schools and three principals of secondary private schools, two management tests, ČŠI inspection reports and analysis of documents of these schools. The research findings are assessed mainly in terms of the legal form of the school, while the specifics of human resource management related to the aspect are identified.
