Application of theories of motivation in project management

This paper is compound of two parts, the theoretical part and the practical part. In the theoretical part are defined the main terms from the theory of motivation and described general motivation theories and theories of work motivation. There are also mentioned basic forms of organization structures used in project management and shortly described some areas of project management, the biggest part is focused on the advanteges and disadventages of teamwork and it's problems in praxis. In the practical part there are compared described theories from two points of view, the difficulties in their practical use, and the concrete possibilities of their application in different areas of project management. Based on this comparison three theories are chosen as most suitable for regulation of motivational management of employees working in the projects. At the end of this part, there is interview with a project manager.

The Development of Motor Skills in Movement Games in the Upper Grades of Primary School

This work is focused on physical games, their use in physical education during the 2n degree in Grammar school in specified region. The first part of this work contains theoretical bases and a definition of the physical games, the period of adolescents and the motoric capabilities and skills. The second part presents the tasks - results of the questionnaire, the process of bibliography on the subject, the process of a proposition for test battery and its tried in real. The part focused on research and the conclusion of this work are transformed into tables, that give us a real idea about the treated problem and the overview of an physical education, about the place of physical education and physical games in pedagogy at schools. For better visibility the tables are completed by graphs. Bachelor's degree project deals with parents and their pre-school children interactive activities' issues. Theoretical paragraph analyses current information about family itself inclusive the time spent together. Objective of the practical part is to discover (find out) how much time do the above mentioned parents dedicate to their pre-school kids. Study of interspecies differences in plasma protein binding of 18F-labeled radiopharmaceuticals

Barbora Pašková The study of antimycotic activity of newly synthetized substances Rigorous thesis Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Study program: Pharmacy Background: The aim of this rigorous thesis was to evaluace the antimycotic activity of 77 substances prepared at the Department of Inorganic and Organic Chemistry, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové of Charles University in Prague. Method: The substances were tested by the microdilution broth method and all substances were tested at eight strains of yeasts and filamentous fungi. The tested substances were divided into five groups according to their chemical structure to salicylanilide carbamates, sulfoneamide ureas - derivates of sulphamethoxazole, sulphonamide imidazolidinetriones - derivates of sulphamethoxazole, derivates of isoniazide and substances with disunited structure. Results: The highest antimycotic activity was discovered in group of salicylanilide carbamates. There were tested 28 derivates of this group, from which 18 of them showed antimycotic activity. On the other hand, substances from group of derivates of isoniazide showed no antimycotic activity. History, Presence and Future of Exchangeable Formats of Bibliographic Data

This dissertation focuses on the data exchange bibliographic formats that have been used in the libraries since the 1960s. There have not been many changes over the decades although librarians have been calling for them. Since the beginning of the new millennium, there has been a growing pressure for change. The aim of this dissertation is to try to summarize the activities in this field and to outline possible future development. The formats used in the past and in the present are analysed in the first part. It is possible to predict the future development on the basis of the analysis of individual projects and on the basis of surveys. The results of the analysis suggest that these activities are headed to a linked data publication model that preserves the current cataloguing procedures. Outdoor training

Tématem mé bakalářské práce je metoda vzdělávání pracovníků, která se odehrává mimo pracoviště - Outdoor trénink. Tato interaktivní metoda je založena na vlastní aktivitě účastníků a vychází z teorie, která říká, že si nejlépe zapamatujeme poznatky, které jsme si prakticky vyzkoušeli a zažili. Proto jsou účastníci kurzů stavěni do různých modelových situací, které vyžadují velké osobní nasazení jednotlivců a úzkou spolupráci celého týmu. Do popředí se nedostávají jen racionální úvahy a rozhodnutí, ale také silné emoce a city. Tímto propojením vznikají velice atraktivní a zábavné programy, kde bývá motivace účastníků větší něž při klasickém způsobu učení, tudíž i efekt učení bývá větší. Neoddělitelnou součástí Outdoor tréninku je rozbor, čili ohlédnutí se za prožitou aktivitou, analýza pocitů, slabých a silných stránek. Poté následuje zobecnění konkrétního pozorování do polohy v praxi využitelných poznatků. Skupina si na modelových hrách a simulacích ověří, zda funguje jako efektivní tým, jak ve skupině probíhá komunikace a delegování úkolů, jak si skupina dokáže zorganizovat čas. Odhalí se také specifické role, které jedinci ve skupině sehrávají a samozřejmě se projeví i individuální rysy osobnosti. Stará Boleslav (Central Bohemia) - Přemyslid stronghold in the early middle ages

Boleslav is one of the most frequently mentioned Czech Early Medieval sites in the written records of the Middle Ages. The reason for this is an event that took place here, at the seat of a member of the ruling Přemyslid family, and which was a key moment in the formative period of the early Czech state - the murder of Prince Wenceslas by his brother Boleslav. Until the end od the 1980's the reports of such written sources, which were concerned mainly with the person of Prince Wenceslas, were essentially the only source of information about the site, which - as a place belonging to the Přemyslids and later a capitular seat played an importatn role in the early period of the development of the Přemyslid state in particular, although in the late Middle Ages its importance declined. Rozvojové projekty Euroregionu Glacensis

Tato diplomová práce podává ucelený přehled o česko-polské přeshraniční spolupráci na příkladu Euroregionu Glacensis. Součástí práce je nezbytné teoretické vymezení euroregionů a dalších přeshraničních struktur, vymezení jejich cílů a principů fungování, legislativní úprava a institucionální zabezpečení. Cílem práce je potvrdit význam a přínos přeshraniční spolupráce v procesu evropské integrace a zhodnotit do jaké míry tyto aktivity naplňují cíle vymezené ve strategii rozvoje ERG. Použitím metody komparace jsou zhodnoceny a srovnány programy, jejichž podpora je pro realizaci těchto rozvojových aktivit nezbytná. Pozornost je věnována předvstupním fondům Phare CREDO a Phare CBC, Iniciativě Společenství INTERREG IIIA a Novému operačnímu programu. Prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření je zhodnocena informovanost studentů o existenci a aktivitách ERG. Výsledky šetření ukazují rovněž na vztah respondentů k obcím, ve kterých žijí a na jejich vztah k Polské republice.
