In the Report of Czech School Inspection as a Source of Information about Breaking the Rules in the Examples of the Kindergartens

The thesis deals with comparison of the supply and demand in the area of vocational education of the beginning directors of nursery schools in relation to the uneasy period at the beginning of their accession to the position. The present time full of changes and opportunities favours those who are prepared and these may subsequently manage to find their bearings better and faster. The theoretical part of the thesis is based on the specialized literature, law acts and further sources available. The practical part analyses the knowledge gathered by questionnaire survey, in which one type of the questionnaire was prepared for the directors of nursery schools who are less than two years in their position, and the second type was aimed at the educational institutions. The aim of the thesis is to find the up to date offer of the educational institutions in the area of vocational education of the beginning nursery school directors and to compare this offer with the demand for vocational education from the beginning directors. DECISION MAKING PROCESS OF STUDENTS'CHOICE OF APPRENTICESHIP AS A TYPE OF EDUCATIONAL PATHWAY

This bachelor thesis is focused on decision making process of students from working-class families' choice of apprenticeship as a type of educational pathway. The theory part outlines the main problems connected with the contemporary Czech apprenticeship, and then places the issue of choice of apprenticeship into the context of the reproduction of educational inequalities and introduces main theoretical approaches to the study of educational inequalities and their reproduction. On the basis of research based on qualitative method of understanding interviews then shows that apprenticeship are perceived by students from working-class families as an advantageous, compared to other educational pathways completely equivalent, and therefore in many ways rational choice. Students from working-class families consider the apprenticeships of secondary vocational schools as a mediator which would enable them to pursue a specifically defined profession, while their main advantage is seen in their practical focus.

Qualifications according to the needs of the time

This bachelor thesis Qualifications according to the needs of the time deals with the lifelong learning, its main idea and the main signs of the society of knowledge. It deals with the kinds and division of lifelong learning. Further the strategic documents are pointed out, on which is the main conception of this thesis, based on. The second part describes the concept of lifelong learning in Czech Republic. Here the main goals of lifelong learning are described and the way of cooperation of the systems and organizations, which are involved in its realization. The last part of this bachelor thesis is directed on the interview analysis. Here is shortly characterized the methodology of quantum research followed by its evaluation. The interviews were made with the employers in security services, who have the biggest experiences with lifelong learning in Czech Republic.

The thesis work deals with the system of linking-up education of librarians, which is implemented through the region's education centres which work in the county libraries.In this centre there is National Library of The Czech Republic, which in the partnership of the professional institutions digestedly operates and coordinates the function of the provided services which are operate by regional centres.The target is to provide relevant information, which might be use while framing the education activities of librarian regional centres.The part of my work is the research aimed to analyze of the partial implications, which might effect the quality and the enforcement of its function.

Vocational education of pedagogical workers in Czech republic - contemporary situation and posibilities of lifelong learning oriented to representative organisations

anglicky The work is focused on professional training of teachers in terms of the concept of lifelong learning. Notes the role and importance of universities in the context of modernization of the content ofteaching profession and its importance for the development of the whole society. Attention is focused on the specific activity of the implementation of programs of continuing professional education of teachers in further education at nine faculties in the Czech Republic. Through comparison and analysis of educational programs, information resources brings lifelong appreciation of the performance features of high schools as a contribution to the development of socially relevant competence and professional groups throughout the company. Specifies the notion of a European educational policy in the field of training and competence development of teachers and works with comparative approaches to the professional education of teachers in selected European countries (Great Britain, Germany, Finland, Poland). Based on the results of internal analysis and comparison with the surroundings gives examples of good practice and recommendations for improvement activities in the field of further education. Economic crisis in 1929-1934 and its impact on the Jablonec glass industry with special reference to Železný Brod region

A B S T R A C T This thesis analyzes the impact of the economic crisis in 1929-1934 on the Jablonec glass making with main attention to the district Železný Brod. One of the main causes of decline of the Czechoslovak glass industry in the first half of the 30s of 20th century was formed by pro-export focus. The region of Železný Brod and Jablonec nad Nisou had represented sites with major export, production and refining of glass that were for this reason by the economic crisis strongly affected. Deteriorating economic conditions at the beginning of 30s have resulted in intensified state intervention in industry, including the glass manufacturing as one of the most affected industrial areas. Because mostly cartels had regulatory function in the industry, a number of agreements among the glass producers in Jablonec nad Nisou and Železný Brod area were concluded. This thesis considers with different types of production and refining of the glass in order to offer the complete overview over the glass production in districts Jalonec nad Nisou and Železný Brod. Didactic of vocationally education

The thesis is divided into two parts. The first deals with the theoretical view of the vocational education, its development and specifics. The next section describes the differences between education of adults and children. Then the work is focused on the personality of the lector and didactic process, its aims, methods, forms and tools. To conclude the theoretical part summarizes the principle of feedback. The second part is summarized of research where respondents are lectors themselves. From research we know how much are they competent to exercise the profession of lecturers from the point of view of teaching, respectively didactic. The research used the questionnaire with closed and open questions.

The preparation of persons with mental disabilities for employment

The Bachelor thesis deals with the subject of preparation of persons with mental disabilities for employment. The employment of this focus group is relatively low, so I it find very important to ask why the situation is not good and, to try to find a way to make it better. One of the factors of high level unemployment may be the disharmony of the vocational preparation which is carried on at schools for pupils with mental disabilities, and the needs and expectations of employers. That is the reason why I have chosen the subject for my bachelor thesis. The first chapter of the thesis is concerned with the term mental disablement ? its definition, classification, characteristic signs and possible combination with other types of disablement. The second chapter deals with employment possibilities of people with mental disablement. The third chapter is concerned with vocational preparation of pupils with mental disablement. At the beginning I occupy myself with the system of special education at primary schools and secondary schools. Accentuated attention is dedicated to secondary schools for pupils with mental disablement ? practical schools and vocational schools. The next part includes the analysis of particular educational documents (general educational programmes) with a view to competences. The fourth chapter is composed of the description of the employment market or employers' needs and expectations. The intention of the thesis is to compare the vocational preparation at practical schools and vocational schools with the needs of the employers of people with mental disablement. The information on vocational preparation was obtained from general educational programmes for domain of education at annual practical schools, biennial practical schools and domain category E of vocational schools. Resources of specialized literature which deals with the needs of employers are scarce. Therefore, information was acquired especially from final reports of implemented projects and research projects, internet articles and published materials of civic associations which occupy themselves with the employment of people with mental disablement. The thesis proved that the vocational preparation and the needs of employers are basically in harmony. Disharmony was founded out only in area of mathematical competences. In spite of this result employers mentioned a few needs which are included in researched competences, but former vocational schools' pupils do not master them. Therefore, it is important to emphasize that the Bachelor thesis has theoretic character and is based on assumed educational results, not on their real appearance, which can be different. Employers have the most requirements concerning labour competence area, competences towards study and social and interpersonal competences. Practical schools and secondary vocational schools should focus on this area. Other requirements stated in the Bachelor thesis cannot be influenced by education, as they arise directly from the disablement character. It is connected with the discovery of the low level of knowledge concerning the target group and its employment possibilities. According to the Bachelor thesis results, the education at practical schools and vocational schools does not reflect the needs of labour market properly as the employers lack former pupils with right qualifications. This Bachelor thesis could serve as a basis for further research focusing on the relation between the vocational training of pupils with mental disablement and the requirements and expectations of the employers.
