[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce Kvalifikace podle potřeb doby pojednává o celoživotním učení, jeho základní myšlence a hlavní znacích společnosti vědění. Věnuje se druhům a dělení celoživotního učení. Dále zmiňuje strategické dokumenty, ze kterých celá koncepce celoživotního učení vychází. V druhé části je popsán koncept celoživotního učení zavedený v České republice. Zde jsou popsány cíle konceptu celoživotního učení a způsob spolupráce systémů a organizací, které se podílejí na jeho realizaci. Poslední část bakalářské práce se věnuje analýze rozhovorů. Zde je stručně charakterizována metodologii kvantitativního výzkumu a následně je uvedeno jeho vyhodnocení. Rozhovory byly provedeny se zaměstnavateli v bezpečnostních službách, kteří mají s konceptem celoživotního učení v České republice největší zkušenosti.This bachelor thesis Qualifications according to the needs of the time deals with the lifelong learning, its main idea and the main signs of the society of knowledge. It deals with the kinds and division of lifelong learning. Further the strategic documents are pointed out, on which is the main conception of this thesis, based on. The second part describes the concept of lifelong learning in Czech Republic. Here the main goals of lifelong learning are described and the way of cooperation of the systems and organizations, which are involved in its realization. The last part of this bachelor thesis is directed on the interview analysis. Here is shortly characterized the methodology of quantum research followed by its evaluation. The interviews were made with the employers in security services, who have the biggest experiences with lifelong learning in Czech Republic.
