The diploma thesis deals with the issue of children's adaptation in kindergarten, primarily from the perspective of parents and teachers. The aim of the thesis is to develop relevant theoretical frameworks and starting points regarding adaptation in preschool education and to reflect on the issue of adaptation through a case study of a kindergarten in an empirical investigation. In the conclusion, recommendations are formulated for the further development of the pedagogical work of the selected kindergarten aimed at supporting the adaptation processes of children who start attending preschool education. The theoretical part first focuses on the definition of basic terms related to the course of the adaptation period and the socialization of the child in preschool age. Domácí vzdělávání v České republice a Chilské republice: komparativní studie legislativy, kontrolních postupů ověřující výsledky žáků a motivace rodičů pro domácí vzdělávání
Duchoňová, Denisa
This bachelor thesis deals with comparison of home education in Czechia and Chile. The aim was to compare chosen countries in their legislative framework of home education, in control mechanisms verifying results of this form of education an also to compare motives of parents that led them to choose this alternative for their children. Material for the comparison was obtained from literature research in Czech, English and Spanish. Motives leading parents to choose home education gained from the literature research were addictionally complemented with illustrative case study. Study was realized through semi-structured online video interviews with two female respondents who have direct personal experience with home education of their offsprings. Each respondent represented one chosen country, so the first respondent was from Czechia and the second one from Chile. Answers to the research questions were summarized in the assessment of matches and differences using the classification scale. Average evaluation of all the compared characteristics was evaluated as good, which means that chosen countries are partly matching and partly different in all compared characteristics. The final classification sententiously expresses mutual relations between all compared characteristics, because both compared countries have huge specifics in terms of home education. Both countries also have significant matches, mainly in the area of motives that led parents to choose this form of education for their offsprings where is the biggest match ratio.

Sekeráková, Aneta ; Čáslavová, Eva (advisor) ; Voráček, Josef (referee)
Title: Activation of RunTour running series sponsorship Objectives: The main purpose of this master thesis is to create suggestions and recommendations for the future sponsorship activation of selected RunTour partners, as a follow-up on the presentation and analysis of their activation in 2018. As a secondary objective can be considered the systematic processing of sponsorship activation, which Czech literature still does not offer. Methods: In methodological terms, a case study was chosen that draws on observation of the author at the RunTour running races and especially on interviews with competent representatives of selected partners. Document analysis and interview with the event organizer were used to analyse the running series and sponsoring companies profile. Results: Given the descriptive nature of the research, it is not easy to summarize the results of the thesis. However, it can be stated that all three selected partner companies are aware of the importance of the sponsorship activation and have been clearly open to suggestions and recommendations of the author. Despite the different size of companies, it was generally recommended to establish mutual cooperation between partners. From sponsorship activation suggestions, which have the greatest potential for implementation in practice,...
