Disertační práce řeší problematiku učitele primární školy v podmínkách inkluzivního vzdělávání v České republice a ve Finsku. Cílem práce je vytvoření a komparování reálných profilů českých a finských učitelů primární školy s důrazem na zjištění, co stojí za kvalitou inkluzivního vzdělávání ve Finsku a jak mohou tato zjištění zkvalitnit inkluzivní vzdělávání i učitelskou profesi v českém kontextu. Klíčovým záměrem je vytvoření ideálního profilu učitele 1. stupně v inkluzivním vzdělávání, tj. pojetí vzdělávacích procesů samotných učitelů, kompetencí a reálných podmínek, které učitel potřebuje pro svou práci v heterogenní třídě. Pro dosažení cíle byl zvolen srovnávací charakter práce a design kvalitativní případové studie, kdy případem rozumíme učitele primární školy na pozadí inkluzivního vzdělávání - celkový počet participantů činí 20 učitelů/učitelek (10 českých a 10 finských). Hlavními metodami k zajištění dat byla obsahová a tematická analýza českých a zahraničních zdrojů. Získaná zjištění se stala podkladem pro další uvažování a vytvoření polostrukturovaného rozhovoru a pozorování. Pro zpracování dat byly využity v prvním kole kazuistiky jednotlivých participantů, které následně doplnila data získaná axiálním kódováním. The dissertation addresses the issue of primary school teachers in the conditions of inclusive education in the Czech Republic and Finland. The aim of the whole thesis is to create and compare real profiles of Czech and Finnish teachers with an emphasis on finding out what is behind the quality of inclusive education in Finland and how these findings can improve inclusive education and the teaching profession in the Czech context. The key aim is to create a profile of the primary school teacher in inclusive education, i.e. the teacher's conception of the teacher's educational processes, competences and the real conditions that the teacher needs to work in a heterogeneous classroom. In order to achieve the aim, a comparative nature of the work and a qualitative case study design was chosen, where the case is understood as a primary school teacher against the background of inclusive education - the total number of participants is 20 teachers (10 Czech and 10 Finnish). Content and thematic analysis of Czech and foreign sources were chosen as the main methods to secure data, and the findings became the basis for further reflection and the creation of semi-structured interviews and observations.
