Hankovský, Jakub ; Veselý, Arnošt (advisor) ; Hiekischová, Michaela (referee)
Thesis on the topic of the possibilities and limits of using the method of mystery shopping in the measurement of the public services quality is intended to introduce the method of mystery shopping and to evaluate the possibility of its use in the public services quality measurement through its application. Quality is a broad term which is associated with many definitions. Public services have many specifics compared to the private ones, dominated by the lack of profit and focus on meeting the public interest. Even the definition of quality and performance standards in the public sector differs from those in the private sector. Mystery shopping, which is heavily used in measuring the level of service quality in the private sector occurs rarely in the common practice of public services. The public sector is declaratively for several decades focused on the quality of its services. We can identify a clear commitment to achieving quality perceived from the perspective of actual customer which is represented by the approach of good governance, promoted by the UN, to the National Quality Policy and Strategy of national policy to quality strategy Smart administration. Strategy and objectives are accompanied by a number of methods to standardize, manage and measure the quality of public services, which are...

Finally, I try to link these two parts with part of the labour market. To track the position of educated people like this I use descriptive methods and analytical methods. I deal with the influence of education on time spent on the labour market. Based on the tables of the economic activity I estimate the life expectancy of activity life by educational attainment. For this I am using the educational structure of the population from the Labour Force Survey and data on the number of deaths. In the final analytical part of my work I observe with the help of logistic regression and statistical program SAS the odds ratios...

The main aims of the thesis is to explore the situation and awareness of youth on labour market, to evaluate existing political instruments and to suggest a recommendation for the most effective intrument to makte the situation better. I follow these aims by executing a secondary data analysis, an expert interviews with workers of IPS in Central Bohemia, Regional labour office in Příbram and VÚPSV, furthermore I follow these aims by my own survey within 5 chosen high schools in Central Bohemia. The thesis focuses on exploration of the issue from perspective of future graduates on labour market, as well as the perspective of IPS workers (as the main stakeholder), who actively works with unemployed youth or future graduates on daily basis. According to the research I concluded, that the most effective instrument for the chosen group is consultation, which is provided mainly by the IPS workers. Attitudes of Students selected fields Faculty of Health and Social Studies University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice for their own employability in the Labor Market
KOIŠOVÁ, Lenka
In my thesis, I am finding out about the attitudes of students of the health and social faculty towards their own future occupation prospects. Although the unemployment situation in the Czech Republic as well as the situation in the South Region is favorable, graduates and young people are among the most vulnerable groups in the labor market. The first chapter describes the theoretical background of this issue. This part defines the overall unemployment problems of the Czech Republic, unemployment in the South Region. It describes the labor market and students situation is described based on the educational attainment and then their situation in the Czech Republic is compared to the similar situation abroad. Then it also describes the faculty and defines the issues of helping professions covered by the fields of the faculty. The aim of my thesis was to find out what the students of the faculty imagine when asked of their future occupation. They would like to stay in the field which they graduated from and then why they would want to stay in it or why not. The results show that students of the faculty want to stay in the field they graduated from on the labor market in the future. The research was conducted via questionnaire. In the practical part of the thesis I compared the attitudes of students of health and social fields. I also compared the attitudes of students who are studying in bachelor's program and students who continue their studies in the follow-up study. When it comes to comparison between the social and health studies, it is possible to see the differences in the attitudes of students, as well as the comparison of bachelor and master programs. Thesis may be beneficial for the employment deparment of Czech Republic and for the health and social faculty. Furthermore it may also be beneficial for representatives of state administration who monitor and control the whole system of tertiary education.
