Educational needs analysis of teachers at selected elementary school

This diploma thesis, entitled "Analysis of the educational needs of teachers at a selected primary school", deals a priori with the educational needs of teachers at a selected primary school in Prague, which the student selected as the most suitable for their own research. The aim of the work was to identify and analyze the educational needs, if possible, of all teachers of the selected primary school, on the basis of which an adequate educational program will be determined, which will be mediated in full conclusion its pedagogical staff as a certain directive for the possible improvement of the process of further education of primary school pedagogical staff. Teachers can often encounter certain barriers in their pedagogical work, which stand between themselves and their further education. In connection with this fact, the work is focused on this issue. Educational and activating activities of seniors in long-term care facilities in the Pilsen Region

Diploma thesis "Educational and activating activities of seniors in long-term care facilities in the Pilsen Region" in the theoretical part is devoted to the definition of old age and related aspects from the biological, psychological and social point of view. The thesis also deals with education and activation of seniors in the context of applied science discipline and organization in the Czech Republic within the framework of lifelong learning. Aspects of educational activities of seniors and specifics of their education and activation are also identified. The thesis also describes the best-known methods and techniques of seniors activation in long-term care facilities. In the empirical part, a questionnaire survey was carried out, in which the respondents were clients of retirement homes and patients of specialized hospital wards providing care to geriatric patients. At the same time, standardized interviews were conducted with workers who organize, secure or participate in activities focused on education and activation of their clients or patients. Education of pupils in the Jedlička Institute and Schools

This diploma thesis "Education of Pupils at Jedlička Institute and Schools" contains information about physically disabled pupils. The aim of the diploma thesis was to discover the needs and methods of physically disabled pupils' education. The research was focused on what teaching methods, didactic tools, compensation aids and other means and access to pupils are used by teachers at primary school. The diploma thesis includes an analysis of an asset of Jedlička Institute and Schools. The research uses the following methods: structured interviews with teachers and participant observation at primary school. The theoretical part of the thesis comprises kinds of physical disability, combined disability, Jedlička Institute and Schools and information about education of physically disabled pupils and pupils with combined disability. The practical part of the thesis deals with an interaction between pupils and teachers, with cerebral palsy, teaching methods and pupils' needs. The thesis deals with the issue of adult education and development, is specially focused on the group of personal fitness trainers, their development and further professional education. In the theoretical part of the thesis, great attention is paid to the conceptualization and systemization of adult education, instead of adult education within the concept of lifelong learning. It deals with individual subsystems of further education with an emphasis on further professional adult education. Educational needs of the visually handicap in the context of another professional education

Final work on the topic Specific educational needs of visually impaired teachers in the framework of further professional education with a focus on needs and possibilities related with lifetime education of visually impaired teachers in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part is focused on disabilited people - people with visual impairment - support, rehabilitation and usage of compensation aids. Furthermore, it maps the social system of services that are grouped together and are helping to people with visual impairment. The key topic is the education system in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic. Practical part analyzes possibilities of further professional education of visually impaired pedagogical workers and it aspires for the identification of needs and current offer of this education to be realized. Through the research interview were searched needs and possibilities of the market with another education for specific target group of visual impairment people. Further education of civil servants

This diploma thesis deals with the area of further education of civil servants at the level of the central government and its aim is to critically evaluate further education at selected departments in connection with the introduction of Act No. 234/2014 Coll., which came into force on the 1st January 2015. The thesis describes how the Civil Service Act influences the further education of central government officials, it outlines the key issues that are related to the education of central government officials and shows what are the problems that central government officials encounter in the field of further education. The research project is the case study, which included public policy documents related to the topic of further education and data collected through in-depth interviews with ten officials of two selected departments and two representatives of the human resources department, was used. Based on the thematic analysis, key issues of further education of central government officials were identified: educational needs, meeting educational needs, sources of information retrieval, and a official exam. Problems encountered by central government officials in the field of further education are part of these issues.
Proposal of addiction interventions for employees of Railway Infrastructure Administration (RIA) Needs analysis and implementation possibilities of preventive measures

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the needs of employer in the field of addictology- side. Secondary targets include: a) analysis of training needs of employees enrolled in the employer's training program for the design of educational-preventive project intended for these RIA (Railway Infrastructure Agency) employees; b) analysis of UIC recommendations addictological interventions aimed for management of safety risks associated with the use of alcohol and other substance abuse at work; c) analysis of implementation possibilities of the recommendations according to the previous point. An analysis of documents - Czech legislation, recommendations UIC - focused on measures regulating the use of alcohol and other substance abuse at work and addictological interventions proposed by UIC. Knowledge questionnaire for employees participated in employer's training program was prepared. Respondents were not informed in advance about the offer to participate in the research, they weren't informed about the addictology knowledge test. During at about 60 minutes there were completed 3100 answers from 31 respondents without training with 40 - 70% correct results (in average 53.4 %). Educational Needs of Pastors at Church of the Brethren

This bachelor's thesis aims to analyse the educational needs of the pastors in the Church of the Bretheren denomination in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into four chapters. Chapter 1 introduces the situation and position of churches in the Czech republic. Later in the chapter the Church of the Bretheren is introduced. Chapter 2 describes the job title of pastor in the Church of the Bretheren, the pastor's roles, rights and duties and pastor's job desription. In the chapter is a proposal of the pastor's needed competencies. Chapter 3 presents existing opportunities for education for pastors. Also in Chapter 3, study plans of chosen educational institutions are analysed and compared with proposed competencies. The third chapter leads to chapter 4 which contents an analysis of the educational needs of the pastors at the Church of the Bretheren. The aim of this analysis is to identify the existing educational needs and to find out how these educational needs were fulfilled during the internal church preparatory vicar program.
