Inclusive education with a focus on the pupil with a different mother tongue

The diploma thesis "Inclusive education with a focus on the pupil with a different mother tongue" is divided into two parts. The theoretical part is based on the basis of a professional literary research of the chosen issue, in which the author focuses on the pupil with special educational needs from a different socio-cultural environment, on a pupil with a different mother tongue who is educated at a regular primary school. In the introductory theoretical part, the author deals with migration, multiculturalism and briefly introduces the country, the national minority, where the student with a different language comes from. The author also includes an explanation of the terms such as intercultural identity, communication-language and integration of foreigners to this topic. In the second chapter of the theoretical part of "Inclusive education" of the pupils with specific educational needs, the author focuses on pupils with a different mother tongue. Czech and Finnish primary school teacher in the background of inclusive education

The dissertation addresses the issue of primary school teachers in the conditions of inclusive education in the Czech Republic and Finland. The aim of the whole thesis is to create and compare real profiles of Czech and Finnish teachers with an emphasis on finding out what is behind the quality of inclusive education in Finland and how these findings can improve inclusive education and the teaching profession in the Czech context. The key aim is to create a profile of the primary school teacher in inclusive education, i.e. the teacher's conception of the teacher's educational processes, competences and the real conditions that the teacher needs to work in a heterogeneous classroom. In order to achieve the aim, a comparative nature of the work and a qualitative case study design was chosen, where the case is understood as a primary school teacher against the background of inclusive education - the total number of participants is 20 teachers (10 Czech and 10 Finnish). Content and thematic analysis of Czech and foreign sources were chosen as the main methods to secure data, and the findings became the basis for further reflection and the creation of semi-structured interviews and observations. Support in the education of pupils with developmental language disorder in mainstream primary school

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of developmental language disorder and the support of pupils with this disorder in the educational environment of a mainstream primary school. The thesis focuses on the characteristics of developmental language disorder, its etiology, symptomatology, diagnosis and therapy. It also addresses the specific speech, language and communication needs of school-age pupils and their development in the school environment. In the context of inclusive education, the principles of inclusive pedagogy and the possibilities of primary education for pupils with developmental language disorders are described, including support from school counselling centres and individual education plans. The main aim of the research work was to analyse the possibilities of supporting pupils with developmental language disorder in mainstream primary school. The diploma thesis describes the development of trends in the education of pupils with mental disabilities in selected countries. The aim of the thesis is to describe and compare the differences within the same trend in the education of people with mental disabilities in Spain, the Czech Republic, France and Quebec. Research questions are formulated in accordance with the formulated objective. The first unit of work is devoted to trends and approaches to persons with mental disabilities in the global context and human rights in international documents. Subsequently, mental disability is defined and some psychological aspects of persons with disabilities affecting the educational process are described. The work continues by describing the development of trends in the education of people with mental disabilities in the compared countries in the context of legislative and conceptual documents and laws that relate to the topic of work. An elementary school aged student with mild intellectual disability - a comparison of education in inclusive schools and those established according to paragraph 16

The bachelor's thesis is focused on an elementary school aged student with mild intellectual disabilities - a comparison of education in inclusive schools and those established according to paragraph 16 of the Schools Act. The aim of the research is to compare the education of pupils with mild intellectual disabilities at a primary school established under paragraph 16 section 9 of the Schools Act and at an inclusive primary school. The sub-objective is to establish whether there are differences between the two types of schools in terms of providing conditions for pupils with mild intellectual disabilities. The theoretical part contains four main chapters. The first chapter characterizes the period of an elementary school aged student. The following chapter focuses on intellectual disability, especially mild intellectual disability. The third chapter deals with the system of care and services for children with intellectual disabilities and their legal representative. The last chapter of the theoretical part is focused on the education of pupils with intellectual disabilities. This chapter mentions the education of pupils with intellectual disabilities before 1989, after 1989 and the current educational opportunities of these pupils, while the chapter also focuses on the current educational opportunities of pupils with mild intellectual disabilities. A qualitative method was used for the research part, namely semi-structured interviews. The research showed that there are some differences between the two types of schools. Differences emerged in staffing conditions, the use of special education resources and the application of an individual approach to pupils. This bachelor's thesis contributes to the knowledge of the current situation in the education of pupils with mild mental disabilities.
Integration of Children and Young Adults with Mental Disabilities into Society from the Perspective of Social Workers

The thesis focuses on the integration of children and young adults with mental disabilities into society from the perspective of social workers. Social workers can play an important role in the process of integrating people with mental disabilities into society. The thesis explores their views on the current state of inclusion and social services and the problems they perceive within the social service system. The first part of the thesis explains the terms frequently used in the text and describes laws that refer to people with mental disabilities. The theoretical concepts on which the thesis is based are also explained, mainly the concepts of front-line workers and empowerment. The objectives, research questions and methodology of the thesis are then set. The research section of the thesis presents the results of the analysis and the main findings of the research. The research section includes excerpts from interviews, highlighting the problems social workers perceive within the social service system and the integration process. The social workers' approach to their clients with mental disabilities and the actors who, according to social workers, play a significant role in the integration process are also described. Finally, the results of the analysis are linked to the theoretical framework.

Well-thought-out cooperation between the teacher and the teacher's assistant not only leads to more efficient work, but is also very beneficial for students and the classroom climate. Already at the beginning of their cooperation, it is necessary to have clear nules, roles and competences set.. I focused my research on the cooperation of a teacher and a teacher's assistant, on the factors that influence the cooperation in everyday practice. The first part of the thesis contains a theoretical definition of this issue. It deals with the concepts of inclusion and inclusive education. It characterizes the position of a teacher and a teacher assistant within the teaching process and its legislative anchoring. The empirical part of the work is devoted to the research of mutual satisfaction of cooperation between respondents. A teacher and a teacher's assistant from a small school participate in the research, followed by teachersmand teaching assistans from several schools in the surrouding area..
