Kvalitně promyšlená spolupráce mezi učitelem a asistentem pedagoga vede nejen k zefektivnění práce, ale je také velice přínosná pro žáky a třídní klima. Již na počátku jejich spolupráce je nutné mít nastavena jasná pravidla, role a kompetence. Výzkum jsem zaměřila na spolupráci učitele a asistenta pedagoga, na faktory, které spolupráci ovlivňují v každodenní praxi. První část práce obsahuje teoretické vymezení této problematiky. Zabývá se pojmy inkluze a inkluzivní školství. Charakterizuje pozici pedagoga a asistenta pedagoga v rámci vyučovacího procesu a jeho legislativní ukotvení. Empirická část práce je věnována výzkumu vzájemné spokojenosti spolupráce mezi respondenty. Ve výzkumu participují učitel a asistent pedagoga z konkrétní malotřídní školy, následně pak učitelé a asistenti pedagoga z několika škol v blízkém okolí. Samotný výzkum byl proveden kvalitativně v první části zúčastněným pozorováním ve třídě. V části druhé strukturovanými rozhovory s participanty. V závěru práce uvádím přehled zjištěných výsledků týkajících se oblasti komunikace, činností a hodnocení vzájemné spolupráce mezi učitelem a asistentem pedagoga. The first part of the thesis contains a theoretical definition of this issue. It deals with the concepts of inclusion and inclusive education. It characterizes the position of a teacher and a teacher assistant within the teaching process and its legislative anchoring. The empirical part of the work is devoted to the research of mutual satisfaction of cooperation between respondents. A teacher and a teacher's assistant from a small school participate in the research, followed by teachersmand teaching assistans from several schools in the surrouding area.. The research itself will be conducted qualitatively in the first part through participant observation in the classroom observations. In the second part, semi-structured interviews with participants.
