Master´s thesis is focusing on the development of personal management of STAS - Pavel Sehnal company. First part of the thesis describes common requirements of personal management. The thesis contains methods, which can find reasons and connections of this event and it also contains processing of results. As output is proposal, where are analysed main reasons of high personnel fluctuation and suggestion of their elimination. The name of a company is fictive. Company do not want to be named by real trade name.
Role of director of a kindergarten in shaping school culture

Thesis deals with the role of the director of a kindergarten within shaping of the school culture and with the potential of school culture in terms of contemporary education. Thesis focuses on the factors which the director influences the most and which leads to increased level of quality of teachers' work. In the theoretical part the emphasis is on understanding the concepts in the school culture, school climate, management and leadership and also on relationships in kindergarten, which create and develop a quality society. Further, the thesis concerns the research investigation, which detects the orientation of the issue of school culture and current use of knowledge in connection to the management of kindergarten. "Good" and "bad" relationships at a workplace: A Study of a Czech firm

This thesis deals with interpersonal relationships at a workplace. Its aim is to analyze the interrelationships of the selected company and map out subjective interpretations in the terms of employee relations. For these purposes the author uses interviewing techniques through interviews and observations, and based on their findings, she draws conclusions relating to both horizontal and vertical level relationships in the organization. The author formulates a positive and negative form of relationship through testimonies of respondents. She finds the differences between people preferring formal or informal dimension of the employment relationship, and at the same time she reveals several kinds of different strategies that people use in an effort of harmonious getting on at the workplace, both in the terms of prevention of bad relations and in connection with the intervention and the solution of the situation that has been problematic. The results show how "good" and "bad" relationships at the workplace are perceived through the eyes of respondents, nevertheless what is not confirmed, is the presumption that the negative form of relations will be most often represented by mobbing or sexual harassment at the workplace. Workers enter the labour market to seek for maintanance. Organizations demand workers on the labour market. Labour markets are conditioned by market, institucional and social forces. There are many way of how could labour markets interact with an industrial organization, especcialy a level of productivity, wages level and a number of labour force. Labour market outcomes have both macro and microeconomical causations and affect behaviour of people and organizations on the labour market. Influence of Relationships at a Workplace on Proffesional identity of a School Psychologist

Rigorous work Influence of Relationships at a Workplace on Professional Identity of a School Psychologist show the profession through his relationships at a workplace. Relational network of the professional is wide (headmaster of school, teachers, students, their parents, pedagogical-psychological counsel, other experts, other school psychologists, etc.), which was discussed more in the previous thesis. Our rigorous work is aimed at relationship with school management and teaching staff. The area of relationships closely relates to roles in which the school psychologist acts. The text of the work is divided into chapters and is based on selected available Czech and foreign literature. Next, there is a metodological part, which informs the reader about the way of collecting the data. The final part is dedicated to the results of analyzed interviews with the school psychologists. Our rigorous work is based on a thesis where "relationships" were one of the researched category. For the professional identity of a school psychologist relationships are essential factor. Options of harmonization of work and family in terms of setting the pillars of flexicurity in the Czech Republic

Bachelor thesis "Možnosti harmonizace práce a rodiny z hlediska nastavení pilířů flexicurity v ČR" deals with situation regarding the setting of two of three pillars of flexicurity (numerical flexibility and jobs protection, employment protection supporting functional flexibility) and possibilities of harmonization of work and family in the Czech Republic. The goal is to evaluate which actions of flexicurity there are in our country and what effect they have on the situation regarding the reconciliation of work and family roles and what could be improved in this issue. Within the evaluation of the current situation was described and evaluated the system setting of childcare, which contributes by a large degree to opportunities for females on labour market and thus also to harmonize work and family. The issue has been consulted from a gender perspective. Also the system of active employment policy and lifelong learning, which contributes to functional flexibility, was described and evaluated. The second part is created by the results of interviews analysis, which were performed by the author with experts from organizations such as MPSV, Hospodářská komora, ČMKOS or Gender Studies. První pomoc při šikaně v práci: praktický manuál pro zaměstnance ohrožené některou z forem šikany v zaměstnání – mobbingem, bossingem nebo staffingem

Na pracovištích bývá poměrně často opomíjena kvalita interpersonálních vztahů. Ze strany managementu takových organizací je věnována pozornost především měřitelným ekonomickým a jiným ukazatelům, aniž by si jeho příslušníci uvědomovali, že se kvalita interpersonálních vztahů významně podepisuje na těch ukazatelích, na které se především zaměřují. Na jedné straně si tak jsou ve shodě s manažerskou literaturou vědomi skutečnosti, že lidé představují největší bohatství jejich organizace, na straně druhé se však o toto bohatství nestarají adekvátním způsobem, což platí i o oblasti mezilidských vztahů. Přitom poznatky ze sociometrických výzkumů, které byly provedené v 60. letech minulého století mezi posádkami amerických bombardérů během války ve Vietnamu, poukázaly na to, že osádky tvořené průměrnými členy s dobrými vztahy mezi sebou dosahují lepších výsledků v porovnání s osádkami, které sice byly tvořené špičkovými vojáky, avšak mezi nimiž nepanovaly právě nejlepší mezilidské vztahy.1 Špatná kvalita interpersonálních vztahů na pracovišti může mít variabilní intenzitu a různou délku trvání. K nejzávažnějším jevům v této oblasti náleží mobbing, bossing a staffing, jimž je věnovaná pozornost v této stati. Jejím cílem je poskytnou základní orientaci v této problematice, na kterou je možno nahlížet z různých pohledů (např. z pohledu psychologického, sociologického, právního aj.).
