Building classroom communit through drama education

The diploma thesis focus on building classroom community throuhg drama education. It examines and discovers the work in a team and the connestion of ties to the new class teacher. The selected pupil will be characterized by his behavior and relationship with his classmates. This diploma thesis focuses on monitoring the impact of methods and techniques of drama education on building the classroom climate of a given class in the fourth year of elementary school. He investigates and finds out about working in a team and connecting ties with the new class teacher. In the case of the selected student, he will characterize his behavior and relationship with his classmates. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the definition and concepts of drama education, as well as terminology from the field of school classroom climate, approaches. Furthermore, I will present an expert view on the characteristics of younger school-age pupils, who are the main subjects of the implementation of the practical part. The management of the adaptation course in high schools by the class teacher Palicová Petra 2022 ABSTRACT The diploma thesis deals with the issue of conducting adaptation courses at High schools. The main topic is the management of the courses by the class teachers themselves so that the course is beneficial for the collective, communication and the overall atmosphere of teaching. The adaptation course is seen here as one of the means by which school discipline can be aided and its appropriate form of management has a positive effect on teaching. In the practical part, the research is described, the aim of which was to analyse the process of designing and implementing an adaptation programme at High schools, with reference to the role of the class teacher. Quantitative research was chosen, the method of data collection was a questionnaire of own construction. Three hypotheses were formulated and chi-square was chosen to test them. The research population consisted of High school class teachers. The paper includes recommendations for the optimal approach of classroom teachers to the adaptation program at High scool.
The cooperation between family and school in the case of pupils with special educational needs from teachers' point of view

Annotation: Michaela Kaštánková Pecháčová's diploma thesis "The cooperation between family and school in the case of pupils with special educational needs from teachers' point of view" deals with the issues of school-family cooperation. It is divided into a theoretical part, which describes the functions of the family and school, forms of cooperation and communication between both parties. It also focuses on the role of educational counsellor and form teacher. Theoretical knowledge is mainly from the field of pedagogy, psychology, didactics and special pedagogy, as well as from professional experience. The second part of this thesis is the research. The research consists of two parts. The first part deals with the area of expertise of the educational counsellor during the online education. The second part researches the opinions of the teachers about the problematics of the cooperation between school and parents in primary educational system using qualitative interviews with teachers and subsequently their analysis. Beginning Teacher at the first grade of primary school

Diploma thesis addresses the issue of initial training of beginning teachers of primary school in Czech schools. Defines the requirements for successful integration of new employees, as well as suggesting possible standard procedures, methods and assesses the possibility of their use in the school environment. It describes the role of supervising teacher and the meaning of its existence. The task of the practical part is to find out with which kinds of educational activities beginning teachers have problems. In interviews with experienced teachers, we tried to clarify whether at the time of their beginnings had the same problems as current teachers and we wonder on what skills and knowledge should be students of faculties of education trained better. Self-concept of a child with specific learning disorders at first grade of primary school

Thesis focuses on self conception of primary school children impaired by specific learning disabilities. Based on case histories of nine children it states factors influencing the building of a self concept, and also follows a development of monitored children. The theoretic section defines a conceptual framework based on characteristics of a preadlolescent child with specific regard to her/his sensoric, cognitive and emotional development, with regard to development of child's self concept and to specific learnind disabilities in general. It describes the stage of children's development and learning disorders they are afflicted by. The practical section of the thesis describes case histories of nine pupils (and their development), which the author of the thesis followed for two years. The group consists of 9 pupils (2 girls and 7 boys). The thesis gives a thorough view on self conception of monitored children, their positionin the school group and areas of succes, it shows the individuality of each child's personality and his/her life story.
The role of assistant teacher in the process of inclusive education in conditions of the particular elementary school

The aim of the diploma thesis called The role of a teaching assistant in the process of inclusive education in conditions of the particular elementary school is to find out, which aspects of inclusive education are fulfilled at the selected elementary school. The assessment is based on the research containing the analysis of school documents, personal attendance and observations at the selected school and structured interviews. Furthermore, on the basis of interviews with teacher assistants and selected teachers in a particular elementary school, the aim is to find out how the cooperation between selected teaching professions works and whether this cooperation meets the inclusion requirements, which are determined according to the study of professional literature. The theoretical part is divided into several areas. The main theme is inclusion. Other areas include the subjects of inclusion, such as schoolchild with special needs, teacher assistant and teacher. The practical part is divided into five stages. The stages include observation, interviews with selected teacher assistants, teachers, class teachers and analysis of primary school documents. This diploma thesis deals with the issue of beginning primary school form teachers and the introduction into their profession. The aim of the thesis is to analyse what professional competence a graduate in Primary School Teacher Training needs for the role of a form teacher in terms of theoretical justification and practical knowledge and skills. To discuss and argue for a concept of a form teacher work preparation in the pre-graduate preparation. It investigates the teacher personality and its changes within the historical context. It describes historical development of teachers education and the current situation in the Czech Republic. It deals with a professional standard model, represents professional competences of the primary school and teacher standards. The form teacher is viewed from different angles. It deals with his work content, activities he should do, duties and competences. It defines the term professional ethics and code of ethics for teachers. This paper determines professional norms, values and responsibility which are accepted by every single educator in his profession.
