Vedení adaptačního kurzu žáků středních škol třídním učitelem Palicová Petra 2022 ABSTRAKT Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice vedení adaptačních kurzů na středních školách. Hlavním tématem je vedení kurzů samotnými třídními učiteli tak, aby byl kurz přínosem pro kolektiv, komunikaci a celkovou atmosféru výuky. Adaptační kurz je zde chápán jako jeden z prostředků, kterými lze napomoci školní kázni a jeho vhodná forma vedení má pozitivní vliv na výuku. V praktické části je popsán výzkum, jehož cílem byla analýza procesu tvorby a realizace adaptačního programu na středních školách, se zřetelem k roli třídního učitele. Zvolen byl kvantitativní výzkum, metodou sběru dat byl dotazník vlastní konstrukce. Formulovány byly tři hypotézy, k jejichž ověření byl zvolen chí-kvadrát. Výzkumný soubor tvořili třídní učitelé středních škol. Součástí práce je i doporučení pro optimální přístup třídních učitelů k adaptačnímu programu na střední škole. The management of the adaptation course in high schools by the class teacher Palicová Petra 2022 ABSTRACT The diploma thesis deals with the issue of conducting adaptation courses at High schools. The main topic is the management of the courses by the class teachers themselves so that the course is beneficial for the collective, communication and the overall atmosphere of teaching. The adaptation course is seen here as one of the means by which school discipline can be aided and its appropriate form of management has a positive effect on teaching. In the practical part, the research is described, the aim of which was to analyse the process of designing and implementing an adaptation programme at High schools, with reference to the role of the class teacher. Quantitative research was chosen, the method of data collection was a questionnaire of own construction. Three hypotheses were formulated and chi-square was chosen to test them. The research population consisted of High school class teachers. The paper includes recommendations for the optimal approach of classroom teachers to the adaptation program at High scool.
