Parental co- decision making options in the Step By Step programme.

This thesis deals with the issue of parents' participation in their children's education in the Step by Step programme in the first stage of primary school. The educational phenomenon of parental co-decision as one of the forms of cooperation with the family and as an important factor enhancing the effectiveness of pupils' education is presented in the theoretical part. The theoretical part of this thesis draws knowledge from both Czech and foreign literature. The theoretical part is followed by the research part, which is designed as qualitative research. The aim of the research is to find out how parents and teachers understand the phenomenon of co- decision and focuses on their feedback, based on their previous experiences. In addition to the advantages and benefits, the thesis also points out the weaknesses and critical points of co- decision. The practical part also includes an interview with a first stage primary school teachers, dealing with the Step by Step programme and the cooperation between parents and school through the Step by Step Methodology Centre. Comparison of the factors determining the granting status of CSLH academy with academies in other countries

Title: Comparison of the factors determining the granting status of CSLH academy with academies in other countries. Goal: The aim of the thesis is structure of the training process, players selection, conditions and testing, comparison of ice hockey academies in the Czech Republic, North America and Norway. Methodics: File for research: Five hockey academies from different countries were selected. Representative of the Czech Republic was the HC Sparta Praha, HC Energie Karlovy Vary and HC Rytiri Kladno who holds status adept for academy of CSLH. The Notre Dame Academy was observed in Saskatchewan, and the fifth academy was Norwegian Lillehammer. The conditions, running and testing of players were explored. Questioning was done orally or by correspondence. Conclusion: Although the compared results have their limits, it showed that Canadian Notre Dame is the most effective model for developing hockey players. Analysis of the education system in the organization

The subject of this work will be to describe and evaluate the current education system in the selected organization and analyze the educational needs of employees, their motivation and barriers for further education. The work will be divided into two parts. It is the theoretical part and the empirical part. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts associated with personnel management, tasks and strategies of human resources management and the importance of education for organization. It will also focus on the motivation of employees for further education and barriers that prevent employees from education. The issue of objectives and philosophy of education, education system, education process and methods of education will be addressed. The text will draw on domestic and foreign literature. The next chapter will analyze the system of education of employees in a selected organization that will rely on the case study and subsequently the interpretation of the obtained data. The research will be carried out in the first phase in the form of a questionnaire survey, followed by the second phase, namely direct interviews with employees of the given branch of the organization and their manager responsible for education. Current position of teaching asistant

1 Summary This thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The topic is the current position of teaching assistant. The theoretical part discusses the position of teaching assistant from the point of view of legislation, requirements for his person and requirements for his qualifications. Communication and cooperation with other participants in the educational process is also an important topic. Last but not least, what are the possibilities for the integration of different pupils with different problems or disadvantages. The practical part is focused on an investigation, which aims to use questionnaires to find out how the teaching assistant is perceived by students of different schools - classical, Waldorf, Montessori, and then compare whether the results differ in any way. Another point of comparison are classes where the teacher's assistant does not work regularly and classes where the teacher's assistant works regularly. The results of these comparisons are surprising and interesting The result of the questionnaire survey shows that if the teacher's assistant acts as desired, and in accordance with the assumptions and recommendations in the professional literature, the pupils perceive him positively.
Key Ideas of Franz Pöggeler's Andragogical Concept

This bachelor thesis deals with the key andragogical ideas of Franz Pöggeler. Pöggeler was an important German adult educator in the second half of the 20th century and he is considered to be one of the founders of andragogy as an independent scientific discipline. The thesis is primarily based on Pöggeler's major andragogical work, Erwachsenenbildung: Einführung in die Andragogik (Adult Education: Introduction to Andragogy), which was published in 1974. The aim of the thesis is to interpret and organise Pöggeler's key andragogical ideas and to provide an integrated view of his andragogical concept in the context of his era. The topic of the thesis is mapping the issue of multicultural education at primary schools. The main aim is to penetrate the current structures, to assess the possibilities of the teacher's work in the school environment and to find other ways of multicultural education of pupils in relation to the findings. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the legal environment of the issue at the level of the Czech Republic and the anchoring of multicultural education in curricular documents. It describes possible ways of thinking and approaches in contemporary intercultural education as well. It also includes the possibilities and principles of the educational process from the teacher's personality, his own competences, setting goals and content, appropriate forms and methods of work to the pupils and other factors influencing the lesson of multicultural education. Much of the work is devoted to the latest findings, trends and basic pillars and principles of quality intercultural education. Program orgpad is used for sorting, sharing and "brightening" own ideas. Orgpad is the program, which was designed based on Herbart's psychology, respectively Herbart's knowledge of his own mind. This work is an introduction program pi-mind.js, which is the allocation of orgpad. The first part summarizes the theoretical knowledge necessary for understanding the next part of the thesis. The second part is devoted to the actual research and its results.
