Název: Porovnání faktorů určujících udělení statutu akademie ČSLH s akademiemi v jiných zemích. Cíl: Cílem práce je na základě struktury tréninkového procesu, výběru hráčů, podmínek a testování, porovnat hokejové akademie v České republice, Severní Americe a Norsku. Metodika postupu: Soubor pro výzkum: Vybráno bylo pět hokejových akademií a škol z různých států. Zástupcem z České republiky byl hokejový klub HC Sparta Praha, HC Energie Karlovy Vary a adept akademie ČSLH HC Rytíři Kladno. V kanadském Saskatchewanu byla pozorována akademie Notre Dame a pátou akademií byl norský Lillehammer. Zkoumány byly podmínky, zavedené mechanismy řízení sportovního tréninku, výchovy a testování hráčů. Akademie byly porovnávány systematickým a cíleným pozorováním s dotazování trenérů a zaměstnanců vybraných akademií. Dotazování bylo prováděno ústně nebo formou elektronické korespondence. Závěr: Ačkoliv má porovnání své limity, z výsledků zkoumání vyplývá, že nejefektivnějším modelem pro hokejový rozvoj je kanadský Notre Dame. Goal: The aim of the thesis is structure of the training process, players selection, conditions and testing, comparison of ice hockey academies in the Czech Republic, North America and Norway. Methodics: File for research: Five hockey academies from different countries were selected. Representative of the Czech Republic was the HC Sparta Praha, HC Energie Karlovy Vary and HC Rytiri Kladno who holds status adept for academy of CSLH. The Notre Dame Academy was observed in Saskatchewan, and the fifth academy was Norwegian Lillehammer. The conditions, running and testing of players were explored. Questioning was done orally or by correspondence. Conclusion: Although the compared results have their limits, it showed that Canadian Notre Dame is the most effective model for developing hockey players.
