Jewish Condition as Image of Marginalization

The theme of this bachelor thesis is the life and literary work of Jacques de Lacretelle, a French literature figure of the 20th century. Its aim is to expound his extensive work which is nowadays almost forgotten. The thesis focuses mainly on Lacretelle's vision of the Jews as described in his two novels- Silbermann and The return of Silbermann. Based on the detailed analysis the thesis tries to understand the reasons of choosing the Jewish motif for Lacretelle's work and personal connotations in it. Lacretelle's life and work is studied in comparison with a Czech author called Ladislav Fuks. We shortly introduce this writer, main events of his life connected with his literary work and his unique style of writing based on the method of substitute literary themes. This approach is subsequently applied on Lacretelle's writings and gives us a new point of view of them. Also we try to compare the series about Silbermann with Fuks's short-story anthology called Mí černovlasí bratři. At the end we draw a comparison between Lacretelle and Fuks and try to discover resemblances in their lives and works. This enables to understand their motives to choose the Jews as the main characters of their writings, probably connected mainly to their feeling of non-acceptance caused by their homosexuality. The absolute I and the conception of knowledge in the philosophy of J. G. Fichte

This bachelor thesis outlines basic features of object-consciousness and tries to show that it must be grounded in a "consciousness" of another type, which doesn't have the structure (non-identity of subject and object) characteristic for the consciousness of an object. The pre- reflective relation of the self to itself or immediate "consciousness" of the self is identified as a basis enabling self-(re)cognition in reflexion. The next step puts forward one of reasons to ascribe this relation of the self to itself to the self-positing absolute I (here the absence of subject-object difference is typical). The fourth chapter addresses questions concerning the possibility to explain the object-consciousness and the presence of manifold in the I from the standpoint of unlimited and self-identical absolute I. It further distinguishes several forms of realism and idealism rejected by Fichte himself and follows the course leading to Fichte's own position, i. e. real-idealism or ideal-realism. Finally, the text discusses in detail the concept of "check" (Anstoß), which is understood as one of the key concepts of the early science of knowledge. Music Performance Anxiety and Its Prevention in The Education System

Music performance anxiety (MPA) is one of the most frequently reported problems among music students and professional musicians. It can potentially cause severe performance impairment and distress. Possible contributing characteristics are low musical self-efficacy, low self-esteem, inadequate preparation and previous performing experiences. The aim of the theoretical part of this study was to explain the phenomenon of MPA from various perspectives and with all its manifestations; to describe its psychological, social and educational contributing factors and to offer an analysis of coping strategies that could be used in the education system. The aim of the research project was to investigate the relationship between MPA, self-esteem and self-efficacy; to examine possible differences in the levels of MPA, self-efficacy and self-esteem between music students studying in three different higher education institutions, and to determine whether such differences could be attributed to their different educational experiences. This thesis entitled "Teachers and their possibilities of building pupils' self- realization" is both, theoretical and empirical. Its objective is to map the problems of pupils' self-realization in school environment. It pays close attention to the self-realization of pupils and the possibilities of its shaping by people participating on the educational process. The thesis attempts to define the likely causes of pupils' failure to succeed and do well at school. It also provides possible solutions which might help shape pupils' personality and build their self-realization. The solutions might be of great use to teachers in their classes. Primary prevention of eating disorders at schools and comparison of its' efficiency from the point of view of students and prevention methodologists

This thesis deals with eating disorders and their primary prevention. It analyzes how schools handle primary prevention of eating disorders and what effect it has on pupils and students. It pursues the question of whether the applied primary prevention of eating disorders is sufficient and whether it encompasses all necessary issues. It uncovers weak spots of eating disorder prevention and proposes a solution. With the help of the grounded theory of semi- structured interviews with students and prevention methodolodists, it tries to create an approximate model of how effective eating disorder primary prevention should look like.
Self-confidence of adult children of alcoholics

Background: Foreign studies shown, that children from alcoholic family have lower self-esteem, compared to children living in a family where alcohol abuse does not occur. At the same time, there is a clear connection with alcohol use and insufficient fulfillment of family functions. Aims: The aim of this work is to describe self-confidence and possible connections in relation to growing up with an alcoholic in adult children of alcoholics (ACOAa). Attention is paid to the description of their childhood experiences and events that subjectively affected their self-confidence. Methods: To finding aims was used The Rosenberg Scale, The life curve method and semi-structured interviews, which I then evaluated using a thematic analysis. The research sample consisted of 8 respondents who grew up with an alcoholic parent as a child. Participants were approached based on the convenience sampling and snowball method. Results: Respondents described self-confidence in relation to individual areas of life. An important area of self-confidence proved to be at the level of one's own personality, which included self-development in the work sphere, free time and establishing new relationships. The impact of acne on everyday life of students in a selected high school

This diploma thesis entitled "The impact of acne on everyday life of students in a selected high school" is divided into two main parts. The first theoretical part is focused on the characteristics of the disease and on the impact of this disease on the quality of life of patients. There is a brief characterization of skin structure, it provides information about pathogenesis of acne and triggering factors, its clinical manifestations and clinical picture. In this part we can also find the diagnosis and treatment options for acne and an overview of other selected facial dermatoses. This part includes the effect of acne on patients' quality of life and an overview of the most common myths about acne. The second part is practically oriented. I used an online questionnaire to find out the impact of acne on everyday life of students in a selected high school. The results of my questionnaire survey show that 12 students (37,5 %) out of 32 respondents suffering from acne (100 %) reached the limit set by me, which determined whether their lives are affected by this disease or not. The first partial goal of the work was to determine the students' knowledge of this disease. Self-concept of teacher's profession.

The diploma thesis deals with selected issues of self-concept of a primary school teacher. The theoretical part deals mainly with the issue of concepts related to self-concept and their clarification. The empirical part had the task of tracing important moments, people and phases leading to the formation of attitudes and ideas of what teachers have about themselves. During professional development, the construction of teachers' identity and self-confidence was crucial. The survey was qualitatively oriented and carried out through the analysis of the life history of teachers. By open coding, the narration of the respondents was divided into 5 main categories. The research of life stories led to expected and surprising findings and resulted in a draft recommendation for undergraduate teachers' training. An Image of War in Georges Bataille's Conceptions

The war represents one of the most conspicuous manifestations of the overabundance of energy that Georges Bataille has been theorizing as part of his theory of general economics. On the background of this facts, work seeks to define war as an inherently non-utilitarian expenditure of energy with which the human must necessarily contend. Next, the work attempts to question the common denominators of the excessive moments that war undoubtedly belongs to, and to point out their importance in philosophy of Bataille. The sovereignty that accompanies such moments will be further themed, bearing in mind the specificity that the author devotes to it, which breaks out of dialectical necessity.
