Ouředníček, Radek ; Špačková, Petra (advisor) ; Korčák, Matěj (referee)
This bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the level of education in Czechia and its development in the post-socialist period. The aim of the thesis was to describe and explain the differences in the level of education and their development at different levels in Czechia, with an emphasis on gender differences. The analyses were carried out at three territorial levels - European countries, Czechia, and Czech micro-regions (administrative districts of municipalities with extended powers). Quantitative analysis of secondary data was used to answer the research questions of the thesis. In the European context, the level of education and the state of gender inequalities in Czechia were assessed as below average. The research found an increase in the level of education and a reversal of gender gap in education in Czechia. Spatial clusters of educational attainment were defined by cartographic analysis. The most significant spatial differences were found between socio-economically developed core and suburban regions and weaker, socio-economically disadvantaged peripheral areas. Key words: education, educational level, spatial differentiation, gender inequalities, post- socialist development, Czechia

This research work deals with the theoretical approach and ideas of the philosopher Martha Nussbaum in the fields of education and upbringing. Furthermore, the work offers a critical view of Martha Nussbaum's theory, examining practical challenges in its implementation in real educational environments. It also analyzes critical opinions and controversies related to this theory, including discussions about the universality of the concept of capabilities and its suitability for different socio-cultural contexts. Will be newly designed for building the power plant technology with progressive fluidized bed boiler to biomass steam turbine with an output of 7 MW and absorption (trigeneration) unit producing heat, cooling and electricity, which also will function as a cooler primary circuits. The source of water for the power plant will not only former mining pit Nejedlý I which is currently flooded drinking water at about 12 ° C. This system uses high efficiency embedded fuel (biomass), which is ultimately required less. A greater proportion of electricity generated and part of the heat will be distributed to the public network. In most areas will be proposed publicly accessible greenhouses of steel-aluminum construction filled ETFE foil forming the heat insulating membrane filled with air. On the basis of the study, created in the subject AG32, it is processed following bachelor’s thesis, which further developed the study to level of Building permit documentation and Documentation for execution of the project. The theme of the work is a Modern art gallery Brno, for that was entered instead of building on Kraví Hora in Brno, Veveří. Near of the solved land is park, located at Kraví Hora, the Observatory and Planetarium in Brno, a swimming pool on Kraví Hora, gardening in the neighbourhood of the northern and eastern sides, and tennis court halls at the southern border of the plot. The land is sloping, which relatively affected the design. My main idea was to create a monumental building for the public, which will represent its function, and at the same time it will be possible in accordance with the morphology of the terrain. This helps the rendering of the façade of the building with a Colonnade on the imaginary postament, formed by the lower floor, public space in front of the gallery with landscaping, and reduction in the northern part of the object with a green roof to ground level. The Gallery has the function of cultural-educational, with the associated functions of the commercial, which represents integrated Café and leasable space Studios. The architecture of the building itself plays with a combination of the rational and the organic concept.
