Software Testing Organization and Methods

This document's objective is to propose a set of methods for improvement of the organization and methodology of software testing and subsequent application of those in a real environment of the Siemens CZ company. The first part discusses the development models in terms of testing segment and the following section focuses specifically on the methodology of agile testing and development as a whole, including applicable metrics for evaluating various aspects of software exiting the testing phase. The third major section lets the reader get acquainted with the Siemens organization and methods of their software testing and by analyzing real-world project it assesses the strengths and weaknesses of the particular testing process and its management. The practical part of this thesis lies in the design and implementation of a plug-in for the JIRA environment. This tool is able to identify and quantify the long term status of the project phases of agile development and testing in a clear and interactive way, while the outputs are represented by clearly defined problems that can be more easily treated, as one can argue further progress.
Archery as a tool to improvechildern sof a younger schoolageattention

This thesis addresses the retrieval of attention disorders in children of younger schoolage. The aim is to evaluace the effects of archery on children's attention in daily life. The first two chapters of the thesis are theoretical. The first chapter talks about the history of archery and types of archery today. The second topic is the problematics of attention in children of younger school age, what types of disorders children at this age suffer from and whether archery has a potential to help children with attention disorders. I came to the conclusions of this thesis with help of a questionnaire survey on archery awareness among the general public and an experiment based on the observation of child archers.

This bachelor thesis researches general problems concerning the development of pupil's attention. It searches for it's coherence in the context of modern society. It explains the basic terms of attention and other that are associated with this topic. It deals with conditions that affect the attention. This thesis focuses on Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) and it's influence on pupil's behaviour and their learning results at school. This work offers appropriate teaching methods that help resolve the difficulties connected with teaching and learning. It offers useful activities and games to improve pupil's attention abilities. Successul integration of pupils with special needs into Basic schools.

Thesis themed is about Successful Integration of Pupils with Special Educational Needs. It is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the first chapter of theoretic part are mentioned and explained notions as integration, inclusion, handicap and special educational needs. The second chapter of theoretic parts is devoted to subsidiary cautions in education, possibility of schools and other educational establishments at work with pupils with special educational needs. Final two chapters are describing development of Czech education and school systems selective European countries. There is an effort embrace patterns, where inclusion is long term in action and conversely mention examples of countries, where the integration is only at the beginning. Practical section shows qualitative research that is divided into several parts. The questionnaire inquiry was conducted in two Elementary schools. Thesis "A professional care of children with school delay" is focused on the analysis of intervention for children with the recommended postponement of school attendance. in pre-school and preparatory classes in primary schools. The thesis also includes a scheme of a Special Education reeducational aids, which can be used for possible developmental disorders which limit children entrance into the compulsory school attendance in the prescribed age.

The thesis titled Possibilities and limits of work with motivation of pupils with ADHD and ADD syndrome at first degree of primary school specializes in finding effective motivation of these pupils. In the theoretical part of the thesis will be defined notions of motivation, ADHD and ADD, teaching methods, organizational forms, evaluating the relationship between teacher and pupil. It will also be a sub-analysis of individual concepts and relationships between them. Processed theoretical background will be taken into account in the practical part. The practical part will pick out the most effective way of motivating pupils with ADD and ADHD syndrome integrated in the regular classroom at primary school. The research methods will be used direct and participant observation, case study, analysis of pupils' projects. TITLE Physical activity and its impact on pupils with specific learning disabilities and behavior disabilities in normal education at primary school AUTHOR Lucie Muráriková SUPERVISOR PhDr. Martin Dlouhý, Ph.D. ABSTRACT This work is focusing on the specific learning and behavioral disabilities. The aim is to create several activity plans and exercise plans which could be used to determine the effect of physical activity on the work of students with learning disabilities and ADHD/ADD. My idea is that the physical activity should not only positively affect the overall quality of teaching, but should also serve very well in the reeducation of specific learning disabilities in children with ADHD and ADD. Pupils with specific learning disabilities should, after a certain period of this experiment, be showing significant changes in their results and knowledge. Pupils with the ADHD and ADD should be showing better results and knowledge due to the improving attention and at the same time the physical activity should influence their length of concentration, disturbance during lessons, or tendencies to aggression.
