The Motivation Issue of Upper Primary Students

The aims of this thesis is to map all issues related to learning motivation (or lack of it) of upper primary students. It tries to analyze factors that reduce or complicate motivation at school and it focuses on the most common consequences of frustration in school environment - boredom and anxiety. It also deals with possibilities how to arouse cognitive, achievement and social needs which play the key role at school, and it attempts to answer questions about the ways a teacher can increase upper primary students' motivation for learning, taking into account the specifics of their ontogeny. Special attention connected with this issue is devoted to the influence of teacher-pupil interaction. The empirical part provides insights from practice, these insights are regarded as a complement of the theoretical part.

TITLE: Topic childhood in the Marina Tsvetaeva's poetry in the period till the emigration AUTHOR: Jana Bruněva SUPERVISOR: PaedDr. Antonín Hlaváček ABSTRACT: My thesis aims at presentation of the form of childhood in the poetry by Marina Tsvetaeva, namely by means of her poems, that I have carefully read through. I have aimed primarily at the poetry from the period of the authoress' earliest creative years up to her emigration. This period of her literary activity was very fruitful and very varied as to its topics, form, vocabulary or metrics. I should like to find out by my investigation, how her own childhood influenced her creative activity and whether these motives are present in the whole creative period of here, I have chosen, or only in its particular part. Therefore I have examined also the special literature, which connects chronologically individual poems with realities of authoress' life. KEYWORDS: childhood, poetry, motive, Marina Tsvetaeva

Concept of Motivation Program as an Effective Management Tools in the Gala, Inc.

I deal with analysis of the original motivational program and introduce new motivational program in scope of needs of big company in my diploma work. Concrete aplication is solved in coooperation with Gala inc.In theoretic part I describe process of motivation and theory of motivation which I choose. I target the characteristic of select company, I describe history and line of products in my practical part. After I done SWOT analysis, I describe development of number of staff very short, organizational structure etc. After I analyzed present situation of motivational program in company from in-house document and from anonymous interrogatory. On the basis of interpretation I proposed new motivational program and measure which improve motivation of staff.

Motivation of Young People to Visit Salesian Youth Center - for Children and Adolescents České Budějovice

This thesis deals with the motivation of young people to visit the Salesian Youth Center for Children and Adolescents in České Budějovice. The thesis aims to find out what motivates young people aged 13-18 to visit regularly the Leisure Club Oráč in the Salesian Youth Center. The work is devided into 3 main chapters. The first chapter characterizes the facilities in the center, the second one focuses on the Leisure Club Oráč in detail and characterizes the profile of its clients. It also describes the developmental needs of its clients in terms of their potential motives leading them to the regular attendance of this club. The final chapter includes my own quantitative research using the questionnaires. The intention of this research corresponds with the above stated goal.

Proposal on Improvement of the Motivation System of the Company

This bachelor thesis deals with solving the problem of motivation of employees at the company VEBEL Servis spol. s r.o. The thesis focuses on salaries and providing benefits. Using a questionnaire survey and interviews with managers of the company were found to have problems in the current motivational system. The thesis presents a proposal to improve the current motivation of the company, which should lead to the satisfaction of employees and their higher working efficiency.
